  1. I understand u do a plug chop to figure out your main jet size, but how do u guys figure out your needle,pilot, and air screw settings.
  2. He said 340 main, needle in middle position and stock pilot, does this sound right

  4. I might just try to use my stock nuts and see if it quits leaking, also it doesnt leak bad just like a slow drip

  6. I did torque them like that , it isn,t leaking into the cylinder, or around the head its leaking up threw the studs, i guess the copper washers are suppose to seal them, because there are no o-rings around the studs, but anyway thats where its leakings.

  9. I Put my brand new Chariot head on today And it leaks out of the head bolts. I put the copper washers on then torqued the head down to yamaha specs. I put on all the o-rings except 2, they are the smallest one that came with it and i have no idea where they go, any way it doesn't leak anywhere but the studs. Thanks

  16. i called the guy and he said it was built by herr jugs racing. Cant wait to get it running. I have never rode a 4-mill
  17. I have a 04 banshee with a 4-mill stock cylinders, guy said it was a mx/hardcore port . It has stock carbs and no airbox lid. Used to have 35 pwks or something the guy said,but he kept them,and gave me the old stock carbs. My question is what jeting should i start with for the stock carbs. my elavation is 1200 FT
