  2. well, its been awhile since i have posted anything. Here is whats going on the right cylinder has lost power it still smokes alittle and blows alittle but not near as hard as the left. I can clean the plug and it fires for a min then the plug burns out and stops sparkin. Black!! Its time for a rebuild huh?
  3. dont feel bad I bought a tester off of ebay for like 20 bucks and it looks like you made off better off than i did!! My tester said I had 60psi !!!!!! i know it is alot more than that because my banshee runs really good.
  4. well i can do wheelies and spin them down the road if i want, the turning i would say its about the same.
  5. I put a +2 on mine and I LOVE it!! I seem to ride alot better over woops and stuff, I can do some steep hill climbs and not worrie so much about fliping over, I was power sliding it today really hard for the first time and it felt really good. I like to do alot of drag racing and didnt want to scare any bikes off with a long swing arm, and didnt want to losse traction and wheelies so thats y i went with a +2. and another + is that the stock brake line can be used and it look ok. What are you thinking about going with?

  8. what do yall think about Castrol 927 2 Stroke is it better than ? Klotz Super Techniplate or dominator ?
  9. I didnt change the gap but that could of been the problem with the head topic, I thought the same thing.
  10. yea im thinking the carb upgrade too but $$$$ is a problem right now for a carb upgrade cant fork out 600 for some carbs. but the head I can do in the near... I just dont know if my crank is welded from the previous owner, I kinda think it is though because he had it totaly rebuilt right before i bought it, and i know for sure the crank was replaced.
  11. it kinda felt like it ran bad but i didnt ride it just cranked it and i knew something was wrong so i shut it down, didnt even let it warm up. now the way i have it set I think i did lose top end just a hair. I do alot of drag racing. the next thing im going to do is a head mod or an aftermarket head not sure? And thinking about carbs too. what do yall think? Im not going to do a 4mil intill this goes and im thinking that this set up is going to last me a while, I was going to get new jugs and and crank and 35mm carbs when this motor goes pop.
  12. there are two small bolts at the bottom you have to mess with, first you need a 14MM and a 17mm to losen the bottom bolts of the axle carrier, and then a 10mm and a 12mm to screw in the bottom two bolts. I wish i had a pic to show you. i dont know if that is going to help you but i tried.
  13. well i put the timming plate on and set it at +4....... well When i started it, it sounded like it was running on 1 cylinder and he a little less power. so i backed the timming down to like +2 1/2 and it felt alot better, took it for a test drive and it felt good. my question it y did it run bad with the +4??? i set the timming mark where the cases meet,
  14. hey i live here in vegas too. I have been trying to go to apex for some drag racing on sundays and there is a good turnout sometimes you should come.
