I have a set of upper YFZ450 Polished A-arms in good shape. They don't have any bends, dents, or re-welds, the polishing looks very good ( hard to get in the pics ) but not quite show quality but almost. I am wanting to get $120 shipped for them or trade for banshee, I would trade straight across for one of the following, a set of v-force 3 reeds, extended swing arm, polished 3 piece stator cover, polshed lockout clutch cover, or some polished parts. Thats what they go for here to but not with elka's and a 480 kit. That is definatley a scam and if someones dumb enough to go for that then maybe they should get there money taken so then learn for next time. If someone has an ad made up like that and no phone number stay away !

LOL that seems to be the way shite works, If I didn't need the money so bad I would keep it but I have bills to pay and another Shee to build plus I still have my YFZ and only 1 payment left on her so this will help pay that off too. Good luck with your search

I fixed the prob it had 30 pilots, I threw in some 27.5 and now she is much better. Thanks for the help everyone

1992 Clean title 4mil Banshee. Bored 40 over, polished jugs, ricky stator, timing advanced 5 degrees, polished side case, 4 over swing arm, 2 into 1 air cleaner with outerwear, FMF pipes and silencers, boysen reeds, v bars, custom seat cover, and sand tires ( no dirts ). I had just put new used cases into it as the old ones craked due to chain breaking and put all new gaskets throughout. IDK about the trannies for sure but will be finding out real soon as my buddy is giving me a rz350 motor to build for my project shee. You don't want the rz350 you want the rz500 or tz750 if you want to be real cool but good luck finding a tz and if you can get to vancouver bc you can get a rz500 and sometimes you can get lucky to find one in the states. Thanks for the help, I have synced the carbs but may need to play with the air screws a bit more so I will do as you said, I was thinking if that doesn't help I will get new pilot jets and go from there. I did check for leaks around all the above mentioned but still came up with no leaks, I was also figuring if I had any leaks I wouldn't have a rich condition but instead I would have a lean condition but I still looked at it and am definatly open to suggestions. I have looked at doing a spark plug chop and actually just read on that earlier today so I will also do that as I want to take my banshee out to the dunes next weekend and I want it right before heading out but if I can't get it perfect I don't mind wrenching at the dunes since it seemes to be normal to do now days

My Banshee idles high for about 5 - 10 seconds and then drops down to where it should be but when I go to rev it again it seems to be doggy and then like it clears up and revs great again but still idles high and then it idles back down and repeat. It's firing fine but seems like it is almost loading up and then I have to clear it out . It fires right up 1 kick everytime and I don't need the chocke to start it even cold. It has a 4 mill crank, ported jugs, boysen reeds, timing at 4 degrees, stock carbs with 320 mains, unkown pilots and I am not sure what setting the needle is on. I have checked for air leaks and can't find any, could this be a jetting problem ? List of things I have done over the past week, new gas mixed at 32.1, new plugs, synced carbs, cleaned carbs out and all jets, new choke cross over tube, and I just checked the reeds about 2 months ago and they seems fine too. Any help would be greatly appreciated
