Make sure you did not switch you'r float bowls. The LH float bowl has a passage that feeds the starter jet and supplys extra fuel when the choke is applied. I switched mine when I cleaned the carbs and had a hard time starting it when it was under 50 degrees. Try a 330 main needle in the middle position and a 27.5 pilot jet.

That heat shield says it needs a 1 inch air gap between the heat source and the mat. I don't think you can move the pipes out that far with out the mid pipes hitting the frame.

Bad enough i took the tank off and put the stocker on. I thought about spacing it out it would need at least 3/8 of an inch. I didn't want to take any chances, hate to melt a spot on a good tank.

The R2s hit the clark tank. My tank looks just the the one in the picture above and I had to put the stock tank back on.

I will be down there sometime this weekend. I usually park in the daytime parking at the south gate. Look for a 2009 lime green teryx and a 2001 blue banshee. I want to try out the teryx in the snow!!

I have the chariot cages, head and timming plate on my herr jugs dune ported engine. I am very happy with the quality and performance of all these parts. I will continue to use there parts whenever possible.

Saturday at the little sahara my dyna fs cdi quit working. I put the stock cdi back on and it started on the first kick as usual. I was wondering if anyone has sent there cdi in for repairs and what it cost. I tried to call dynatek today, sat on hold for close to an hour.
