ok so i just did a comp test and squish.......comp both sides was only 100psi and the cylinders and pistons dont look scored......when i went to do a squish test the piston would jam then i listened closely and i can hear the piston hitting the head. i have build several 250r race engine and my snowmobile has a turbo so im not green when it comes to engines but this one is baffeling

yes it is just the stock cylinders just resleved and the head doesnt look shaved.....ill try to get comp and squish tonite. is this a bad big bore kit?

If you polish them then clear coat they will always look great

I dont know the comp or squish i bought it with the head off. But i did notice that the head gasket was only 66mm and the bore is like 67.86 and the head has been milled to 68mm.

ok so i just bought a 01 shee with a vito's 404 bb fmf fatty's and boost bottle......the guy i bought it from said it keeps blowing head gaskets. do any of you guys have any idea why?

How much for the a-arms, works shocks and cool head? will the head work with a 404 big bore?
