i just bought a 99 and it was doin that cuz i was runnin 32:1 fuel and oil mixture...so i leaned it out and now i run 40:1 and it runs perfect

hi there i just recently purchased a '99 shee and i was wondering cause i noticed in a video of someone ridin there banshee and they shut it off with a key?...now did they install electrical start on newer shee's?
