Does the bottom roller go on the bottom or the top of the chain? With it in either position, the chain is too tight. When adjusting the chain, the manual says 1.6" of play. Is that sitting still or with a person on it?

I just got my bike and noticed that there were no chain rollers on the frame. It does have a 4" swingarm on it. Its still supposed to have the rollers correct?

Well, this is my first time posting and yesterday was my first ride on my new bike. Looks like I need an upper ball joint and according to what I have read here, they are not replacable Is there a relatively inexpensive upgrade out there for better j-arms or am I gonna have to fab something? Who sells them? BTW...Not looking to upgrade to A-arms on a freshly powdercoated frame. Just a little irked that the who front suspension has been chromed and now it craps a ball joint.
