Bought this on here a few months ago and never installed them . I got rid of the banshee and bought me a newer yfz .Everything looks to be in good used shape , few dings here and there as with any used exhaust system , nothing major or i would tell you . Powder coating means you heat the part (has to be metal or aluminum and able to withstand heat) to 350* or sometimes higher , then you ground the part (grounds attached to the powder coating gun) and coat the part with the powder , stick it back in the oven let it cook 10-15 minutes and let it cool and your done . Fairly simple to do BUT you cant use your household oven , well unless you ever want to cook anything in it again ,lol .

I can get some tomorrow , they got a few scuffs on them and dont appear to be bent , but i basically took them from the box and took pictures of them . I will double check tomorow .

elevation is 1100-1200 feet , temp are no higher than 85 in the summer and its around 50-60 here now til spring . I will take them back apart saturday and take some more pics of them for all to see

Thats just it , it never really hit the power bands before either ? i havent realy rode except to the end of the drive way and back a few times , but it bogs down and back fires in 1st , 2nd and 3rd for sure , BUT it seems like when it gets a little warmer (the motor) it runs a little better and hits the power bands a little sooner . I just bought a used pro circuit exhaust and a uni filter with the stock airbox . So i will probably have to rejet it then anyway . I will take the carbs back apart and clean them again once i get the new parts in . Im also going to tear it down and repaint the frame , swingarm , control arms , etc.

Found a website to order the jets from ,i talked to cris @ sudco and he said they only sale in bulk now and to order from this site http://wwm.ehsracing.com/store/items.aspx?...ETS&key=cat Now my question is they have 3 types of pilots and a large/small main . Which pilot do i need and which size main do i need ? large or small ? or do i need to just call them and ask ?

Im going to see if i can get the pilots and mains for the carbs i got and if i can i will keep them , but i dont want tospend a whole lot of time trying to do so , but i guess thats all i got is time . What so speacial about these 28mm carbs and the flats ? someone please enlighten me , lol .

Im going to see if anyone wants to do a straight trade , my carbs for there stockers . Im not familiar with all of that and i think im just gonna stick with the stockers . So does anyone want to trade ? lol

THANK YOU ! Do you absolutely have to take a socket to remove the mains ? Heres my right carb with nothing but the bowl and floats removed , kinda hard to see , but i did NOT see anyway to remove anything else? Also got to remember these are aftermarket mikuni 28mm carbs . So what jets , pilots and mains would i need to get for these things ?

SOB i DO NOT HAVE a pilot jet then because last night i could look down into that thing and see a needle size hole , hell i even took one of the torch cleaners and stuck it through that hole ! So how the hell does this thing even run at all ? I mean they are NOT there at all . I dont even have a key for this thing someone removed the key and cylinder thing and taped up the wires ( i noticed this they were in fron of the handle bars taped up) The tors were allready removed aswell . So aparently who ever had this thing before us knew what they were doing or they didnt have a clue and took off and left out a bunch of stuff , lol . Thanks again everyone !

When you say MAIN and PILOT where are they located ? All i did was take the bottom off , knocked the pin out for the floater , and then removed the screw and the hex thing . Nothing else was took off . Do i need to go further and clean more ? I did take the little hex thing out , looked like a pyramid on one end and hex on the other (and in order to get it out you had to remove a screw and a plate that had it tied down) ? And thanks for the info zach im going to do some reading tomorow , haha
