  6. i would check the head and the reeds. the comp should be no lower then 85. for a fresh eng. u need around 100 at least

  9. 80 over bored wiseco pistons new stock crank 330 main jets shaved heads toomey t5 pipes k&n filters bullet alum. parts ac nerfs blingstar front bumper renthal bars and inch risers has about 15 hours on it and the rear hole shots the same. i built it in april. and i run 38:1
  10. ill try dropping the needle it should be on the 2nd clip. im running 330 on the 2nd clip and 50:1 mix. im 60mm over on the pistons. so drop the needle and see if that helps. o ya how many turns is u fuel srew?

  15. when i break my shee in i run 28:1 and do three heat cycles. drain the tank clean the carbs. then run 50:1 and balls to the wall. if its going to break then its going to break. i race and i always rebuild once a year to freshin up the motor. never had a problem yet.

  17. it may. what does it sound like when it dies. it shuts down or it begans to rev but dies.
  18. cause it sounds like the stator is putting out at idle. but when the crank spends faster ( gasing it) it looses the curent.
  19. i think u should check the electric. follow the wiring harness make sure every thing is hooked up right. it maybe something to do with the stator.
  20. what did the old plugs look like? black and wet or white and ashy? its sounding like it may be electric.
  21. what does the spark plugs look like?
  22. i would check that out. it should be around 100 psi. give or take. if its like 20, 40 or lower. something is wrong. if it has good compression then its something electric.
  23. did u do a compression test?
  24. if it ran good before it wouldnt rev, what did u do different. (engine wise)
