  1. Not to threadjack but see no sense in making a new thread about a such a similar topic. Anyway, how is the pull on these clutch levers? I'm looking for a good EZ pull, and I love the look of the ASV's. I'll be running with all 6 HD springs so I need something smooth.
  2. Engine Ice FTMFW!
  3. I shipped my entire motor, which weighs 85lbs from Michigan to southern Cali where Kevin is for about $90
  4. You should call Kevin at Herr Jugs Racing, or Jeff at FAST and tell them you have $2000 to spend and you want them to make your bike as fast as it can be for that amount. They will take care of you.
  5. For what it's worth, I know this is a sorta old thread, but in talking to Kevin at HJR who's doing a complete 4mil stock cylinder build for me this issue came up. He said he couldn't see any reason why the stock petcock setup wouldn't fuel my dual 35mm PWK's just fine as he has used this very setup before. Just food for thought.
  6. If I had those plastics, I'd probably go with no bumper.
  7. It depends on how many of the springs you use. You can go with 1/2 HD springs, and 1/2 stock if you want to keep it easier. You probably won't like it with all HD's unless you have an EZ pull level and a well lubed cable.
  8. Are the other ones small bores or bb? In-frame's I assume too. If you've got the silencers and all I would be interested, I work 3rd shift at Perrigo man so just let me know when a good time to stop by is.
  9. Ya man I thought that was yours. I don't know think you've worked on my bike before though. I just bought another one after not having one for about 4 years. In the process of getting a 4mil built by HJR and am in need of some shearers. I see they are sold though. You might be thinking of Jeremy's banshee, it's yellow/black.
  10. Pics and price w/ shipping to 49046 please.
  11. Your bike looks familiar man, where are you at in MI? And can I get some pics of the shearers, thanks.
  12. Off topic, but nice truck SoCal! It looks familiar for some reason... What are the specs on it?
  13. Pics of swinger, and price shipped to 49046 in SW MI would be great, thanks. Just Pm me, or send to [email protected]
  14. I'd like some pics of the swinger. E-mail is [email protected]. Is it a stock style carrier, or round? Also price w/ shipping to 49046 in SW MI.
  15. Real interested in nerf bars, if you can Pm me some pics and where are you at in MI? I may be close. Thanks.
  16. Interested in pics of swinger as well if those 2 don't nab it. [email protected]
  17. What kind of grille is that?
  18. Pics n price of nerf bars w/ pegs would be great. [email protected] is my email if you wanna go that route. Thanks.
  19. How much for the entire motor setup if you still have it, and what octane gas would it need?
  20. This is sounding promising, but what supporting mods might/will I need with this motor setup?
  21. It seems to be that if I want to put that much into it the best way to go would be a 4mil then? Would I have to worry about strengthening the tranny/clutch at all then? I don't know much about what a 4mil exactly is, and/or how it differs from stock.
  22. Alright I just bought another 'shee yesterday. It's a 2001 and all stock except for works shocks up front, and I think a rebuilt 400ex shock in the back but I'm unsure exactly what it is. It only has about 10hrs or less on a new top end so i want to leave that alone for now at least. I ride in a lot of fields, open trails, and drag. Also plan on duning some this summer at Silver Lake. My last Banshee was a '97 with just pipes so this time I am planning on building it considerably beefier. Bottom Line: I want to put around $1000-$1500 into motor/"go" mods. What should I do to get the most bang for my buck. I want reliability, strength, and to be able to blow my buddies 450r away with no effort. Also want to run it on ~93 octane.
  23. You should be oiling your chain right now? And the type of chain he is describing would work fine for you. You will not need to swap it out.
