i have a 172 for a main jet and a 52 for a idle i have a 58 idle jet is that is laying around it that too big

i have a 1989 yamaha shee that has a 2into1 carb and need to know what size main jet i need and pilot i have a fmf golds k&n filter with the lid on, the bore size is around 65.5 i am 700 feet above sea level i have a problem with the the throttle from idle to about 1/4 throttle it acts like its falling on its face and has no pickup if i get off of it and hit it again it come alive i dont know if i should go down a few or up need ur guys expert opinion i can do anything else just dont know too much about jetting and could i run 34mm dual carb set up or is that too big thanks matt

so should i pass on them or should i pick them up i dont want to buy something and have a hell of time finding piston cause i havent found any yet for 70mm all of them are for 68mm blaster pistons

i have a chance to buy juggs that are stock that have a big bore cylinder in them that are bored out to 70mm for 200 dollars are they worth it and can i make them fit my cases thanks matt

i was wondering if i could run 20cc domes on it when rebuilt it last jan the compression ratio after it was broke in was around 135 would 20cc with 93 be ok or would i be on the edge i would love to run turbo blue but need to find a spot that sells it thanks matt

does anyone know about running aviation gas in these things and anyone know what octane they are

i also am running 93 in it and have a ? about running aviation fuel threw it i live close to a reserve center and have a buddy that could prob get it for me so could i run smaller domes with this or not

i also forgot to add that i have my timing set at +4 i just put that in and my pipes are fmf gold good for trail riding i read on here

i have a 89 banshee and i just pick uped a used pro design cool head for it and i am wondering what size domes i need for it. i have a 2into1 carb on it k&n airfilter fmf golds and i believe my bore size is 65 i also am 675 ft above sea level i ride alot of trails but there are some parts that i like to open it up i would also like to know what jets i am going to need to put in my main and my idle jet thanks matt

hey guys i have a 1989 shee and was wondering if i had the right jet in it, it has k&n filter with lid fmf gold pipes and 2 into 1 intake and carb going to check it tomorrow to see what jets are in it right now i live in iowa and its 700 ft asl, top end is fine and its just the low end, its doggy and sometimes if it sits and idles for a while it wants to pop on the right side until it cleans itself out wondering about that too have used the search forum and cant find anything about it thanks matt

i bought it when i bought the quad so i dont know how old it is but it has a brand new motor in it no port job just pipes and intake otherwise than that its all stock thanks matt

we were trail riding and it was really muddy will post pics up soon from it it had a lot of wot at most times all my shee has is fmf pipes and mufflers and the 2 into 1 carb thats it what could it be it doesnty leak out when sitting so i dont know i just dont want to ride for 3 to 4 hours and have to fill up thanks matt

hey guys i am running a 2 into 1 carb and i was riding yesterday and i ran through a tank of gas in about 3 to 3 1/2 hours is this normal or is it drink the gas too fast thanks matt

well i figured it out left side was plugged up with a mouse nest thought i got everything out of there of i so happy i can ride it now, its like 10 degrees out and i took for its maden voyage boy was it fun thanks for all the help guys u are the best matt -

i put a timing light up to it i put an x on one side and a o on the other side it does fine at idle and when i rev it up the o goes away and the x comes there and stays there has anyone ever had a problem with the pickup on the flywheel side or what i want to ride this fucking thing so bad matt -

doesnt rattle im kinda thinking its the reeds but what if they dont have a crack in them anything else to look at oh yea forgot to add plug is getting wet -

so i think i narrowed it down to the flywheel but i cant tell if it has a break in it somewhere i put a screwdriver in it and it seems to have the same amount of spacing all the way around and doesnt break in the middle of any magnetic pads that are in there i dont know im lost im so close but so far i just want to ride this thing matt -
hey guy i just got my shee started last night and come to find out it is running on half the power it should on the right cylinder i have a 2 into one carb kit it has spark and compression i was wondering if i have the wrong head gasket, i have and aluminum one on there now and cant seem to find one anywhere else does it need to torque down to a diff torque setting or what, I am very confused i am going to do a compression check on it today could sure use the help thanks matt

i was wonder how to do it i searched for it and found one for dual carbs but how would u set it up for single i didnt put the bottom end together the guy ibought it from did so i dont know if he screw anything up putting the new crank and seals in
