I dont know about that cuz Banshee motor vins start with 2GU or 3GG

I didnt get a title I just got a bill of sales and the registation card. I also noticed that Banshee vins have 17 charecters and mine only has 7.

I bought a banshee about 3 to 4 years ago the guy i bought it from said it was a 2000. I was lookin on line cuz I was courious. All that the Banshee vins that I seen all started with a J and mine starts with an R. I called the Yamaha Corp and asked them to run my vin and the came up with nothing. Weird. Does anyone know what the deal is.

You have to change the jets for the pipes.

VF3 work well i dont see why you wouldnt get them. I would keep the stock carbs maybe just get them bored out if it is gonna be just a trail quad

You should be running 93 for even a completly stock banshee. You dont need diff carbs to make good power. A cool head with 20 or 21cc dome would make good power.

Try messing with the clickers on the rear shock and set it to where it launches the best.

It is a lil cold in Wisconsin 35 below 0 last night with the wind chill. I have two shees and i tried to start them just to let them get warm up and get the motor lubed up a bit. When i started them both carbs on both quads started leaking out of the overflows. Kind of weird to me never had that problem in the winter.

Sounds like the cdi box. But i would change the spark plug caps first i had a problem kinda like that and i changed them and it worked. Plus spark plug caps are alot cheaper.

Up north park falls wisconsin. About 4 hours away from you. I live right across town from the tuscobia trail and their are many other trails around me. I would be damn good idea 2 tear up the trails with a bunch of BANSHEE owners from wisconsin. It is too late now that it is snowin but this summer it would be good. Well write back and maybe we can set something up and rally up some Banshees.

Any body ever try the klotz trans fluid. I hear that is sussposed to be the best. I know ther 2 cycle oil is.

I am gonna be building a drag motor nothing insane but some i need to know what the power valves are and if the are worth getting.

You make a good point. In my opinion full bore plastic has a more clean look but they are expensive i guess it just depends on your preference and your bank account

Better off buying full bore plastics cut plastics looks foolish
