According to my repair manual, end gap for stock should be between 0.30mm-0.45mm. Which in inches is 0.012in-0.018in.

Have you checked your manifolds? Your boost bottle may of caused something like this.........

I ditched the boost bottle my banshee came with a few days ago coz it ripped a hole in my left manifold. I was wondering why my bike ran like shit, until i started searching for the problem. Got a stock crossover tube now, just waitin on some new manifolds.
