2001Shee

Hey guys just bought my first banshee, I got her all put together earlier this weekend. My problem is that when at full throttle it begins to bog down very badly, but if you back off a little bit it runs very strong. From reading on here I figure this problem could be my mains, but not positive. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it! Its a 2001 banshee, pro circuit pipes and silencers, k&n filter, fmf reeds, 28mm mikuni flat slides, and an accel hot coil. I ride around 500ft above sea level

sounds good guys. just throw your carhartts on and come out! its only going to get worse from here so may as well get at last one in for the season. weather.com is showing 44 and partly sunny for saturday as of right now, you know those guys just guess but we'll see how it turns out, the only reason we wont be going if rain pops up... we'll have a black yfz, yellow ds, blue blaster, and my blue banshee if you see us around jump in on the group. later guys

yea thanks for the offer but it is a little high. buy it now on ebay is 35 shipped.. still looking for the stuff minus reeds and coil, let me know what you guys have. need a pro flow adapter and k&n filter as well.

i have a set of 28mm flat slides, great condition. ill trade for your 2 into 1 setup, such as trinity or similar. must have the adaptor for use of the airbox. thanks for the input guys. i would love to pc it bansheerider87 but im in college and already spending too much on this thing.. how much do you sell your spray cans for gregrob? my buddy and i were thinking the one 100 kit from herculiner would be plenty to do the shee and yfz, 50 bucks a piece, cant hardly beat that if it works for bigred350ex.. forgot to mention anyone have it on their wheels?

has anyone tried coating their frames/a arms/ swingarms with a roll on bed liner such as herculiner or magnaliner? i think it would look badass.. just wondering if anyone had any experience with it, and how it holds up. thanks

that would look bad ass i agree. hopefully someone has tried this setup before.. if not my buddy has a 450 thats down for repairs right now i might have to snag his temporarily, see if it works out!

need lightened flywheel, aftermarket reeds, 2 into 1 carb setup, coil, and an adjustable timing plate ASAP. also interested in yfz450 parts such as a arms, front shocks, tie rods, exhaust, aluminum air box or k&n w/ pro flow. i have paypal ready to go. get ahold of me at [email protected] thanks
