Yea just on the right side under the exhaust port out of the cylinder. It leaks where the cylinder meets up w the bottom end

Damn ok where can I get new gaskets and plugs?

Havent even started the new motor up. So I am guessing the guy that installed my jugs did something wrong? Putting it all together to get it going and it is leaking around the right bottom side of the jug. Guess I need a new gasket there now huh?

I live in Amarillo, Tx. Not sure of the elevation. I have .30 over pistons and toomey t6 pipes. What should I run my carbs at? Sorry I am kind of new to banshees

You can buy flex additive for regular car paint. I just sanded mine down and got it really smooth then sprayed it with fusion plastic paint. Then lightly wetsanded it again with 2000 and then cleared it with the same kind of clear. Just a though if you wanted to do it that way. Mine turned out really good and I havent had it flake or chip yet

Thanks for the comments guys! I have the carbs all jetted now and the pipes on so I will post up pics asap. The quad is so long because I like the look of a stretched banshee. I will be dune riding it mostly

Hey guys I am new to the board here. I have excellent feedback on ls1tech.com under the same username. I am selling these cause I bought a 04 banshee off a guy, finally got it running, took it out today now I have a nice huge hole in my cylinder. So needless to say I need money for a rebuild kit haha. I can post pics up soon. One had a new weld put on it where the 2 pipes meet together. Other than that they are in great shape and damn they are really polished.
