  1. does anyone make +3 arms for banshees. i bet it would make a mean ass stance and handke awesome. i dont race so i dont need to meet the 50 in. rule. also would it put extra stress on the shocks. i was hoping to run yfz450 shocks maybe but if i have to buy aftermarket i will. srry if this has come up b4 but wen i sarched for it the "+" was messing up the search engine. lol thanks for any help and if ne pics r available plz post.
  2. I've been noticing my clutch slipping if I run it hard on pavement. Can I just order a new clutch from fast or wat should I do. Srry for jacking thread:/ I plan on port and new pipes soon. I ride fast trail or wide open most of the time.
  3. I cross referenced e3's and I don't think they make one that fits the shee. They only add lil 4-5hp on a 500+hp v8 so prolly Wouldnt do much for ur shee. Srry

  9. i been riding twist since i was 4 and liked it till i got my grizzly. since im always riding tight trails and supersteep hills, really its just i make random paths through my woods and creek. i like the thumb on it but i love the twist on my banshee. but all u sissy's out there crampin up, u keep riding just cause how fun it is. and i know about crampin cause i cut off the whole end of my thumb so i have to completely twist my hand to use a thumb throttle and that shit cramps!!

  11. ok thanks. i doubt they will need more than that. and also everyone runs +4 advance timing and wat would u need +5 or more for.i just ordered my timing plate and was wondering. im putting my at +4 but was just curious?
  12. so wat do i do about cool heads? i found in the search that the biggest u can go b4 u get big bore domes is 68mm. i tried to use the dispacement chart but cant figure it out. how big will my cylinders be at just a .020 bore over?

  15. i just got my shee running decent and now that i know my engine is good im ready to build over the winter. i ride mostly fast trails and some dune. prolly half the time im riding it im full bore so thats howits ridden. so far i have 28 mm pwks and would like to stick with them if possible, also have K&N pods and fmf gold series pipes. i hear that the biggest stroker u can go is 4mil without case work and i dont want case work so let me know if that not true. and also i would like to bore a lil but dont know how big to go? i also want to have kevin do my port work i want coolheads and reeds and new pipes b4 im done and have ordered an adjustable timming plate(chariot). i would like to run race gas also. just was lookin for mod ideas and limits with the 28mm and no case work. and also wat is the deciding factor on how much timming u run?
  16. ok thanks and also I saw in ur sig that u have aluminum intake. Is that just a replacement for stock carb boots cause mine r ripping. And wats happens to my ultra badass boost bottle with the intake? LOL
  17. So tighten the castle nut on the axle end. Should I just go by the torque specs from my clymers? Thanks
  18. It like the hubs r loose from the axle. I can wiggle the tires and the axle Dont move. It's like under the little sleeve before the hub. Idk wats in there yet. Still new to the shee. I've only rode it like an hour but can't wait to get it better-faster. U know.
  19. I just got my shee runnin and I was making sure all the gears were good:) but wen I get to about half thru 4th I get a wobble and I stopped and checked and my back tires feel lose on the axle. All lugs r tight so idk. Kinda feels like wen a car has a really bad wheel bearing? And when I wheelie I pull to the left and both tires r the same psi???? Ne ideas?
  20. so is it possible to eliminate the bullshit bottle all together? in my clymers i think it just shows a little pipe. but i have a huge ass bottle lookin thing on mine:/ can u just plug the holes? or do i have to have the little pipe thing for a balancer? i saw intake manifolds on some of yalls bikes do they have a crossover built into them or??? srry if this has already come up but it seems like the whole boost bottle shit has come up a million times anyway.
  21. so im def getting the chariot plate and going to advance +4. and also will the nology coil make any performance difference or is it just a more durable or higher quality than oem? i just got it running so im prolly gonna build it over this winter and im making my parts list.
  22. ok so i got my 28mm pwk's from tundish2800. many thanks to him. i went home and ran over my tors box 2 or 3 times. taped up all the wires too. took off my thumb throttle and put on my twist and pulled the airbox as well. i got the k&N pods on the way and pulled off my stock carbs. now the pwks have individual chokes and such so that is different than stock. does neone know anything else that is tricky on the install on these carbs or something i should watch for? im still extremely new to shees so im prolly not gonna notice the little details for a bit yet. is not have tors gonna affect those or do i need anything else besides a rejet to make it run good. and wat jets should i be running? i just have fmf gold series pipes. 28mm pwk's and k&N pods. i wanna put the adjustable plate on this week with the +4 too but idk. let me know wat u guys think.
  23. im new to shees and have been looking around but am not quite sure wat to buy. i was looking at timing plates and that sounds ike the cheapest option to me, but i also need a new ignition coil cause the plug wire end cap cracked on mine so i need a new coil anyways. but i keep hearing dyna and was wondering if thats worth the money or just do the adjustable plate? i just have pipes jets and prolly soon 28mm flat sides. with cool heads hopefully.and k&N pods.

  25. if u r really serious about this subject u could maybe get a set of E3 plugs custom made for ur bike that way the spark is fired directly into the fuel and that would prolly be the best of both worlds. i dont know much about the heads on the shees yet cause i just got mine but that seems like a good idea to me:/ i tried to get E3's for my shee but they dont make em. for the right price u might be ablt to get a custom set. or u could patent it.lol
