it would be cool if somebody could make a sticky that list all the areas around the us that do port and polish jobs. i myself am looking for a good place around lower New Mexico.

well while i have the engine apart is there anything else i should look over before i put it back together? im really thinking of going with a drag port from HJR but ill have to wait a while before i get the money.

so i got the engine apart and the head gasket and rings look good only problem i found was a little metal shard in one of the water jackets.

he gave me a great deal on 2 bumpers. both free!!!!!!!! great guy

well thats what the dealer told me it should be at at my altitude but ill take somebodys word on here befor i do the dealer since they stop selling 2 strokes

ok so i checked the compression on it today and it turns out that that is fine so im thinking that everything is ok and i also checked the pump and everything on that looked good. spark plugs looked good too. my compression is 75 on both sides and the dealer said that it was fine. all i got to do left is put radiator fluid back in it but i dont know if i should put just normal car fluid in or got with something different. any pointers on that?

what shop did you get your arm off of from ebay?

ok i found the gaskets and now one last question. should i replace the water pump with a billet aluminum or stainless steel one. the aluminum one is $80 and the steel one is $52 or would i be fine with the stock one?

just in case i have to rebuild the i can get the new gaskets from the dealer right? and if so anybody know the price?

no most i rode it was when it was empty was about 10 feet to load it into my truck but like i said when i started it up after it over heated it ran fine but i was in to much pain to check anything else

well after it cooled down it ran just fine and even when i kick it to start it feels just fine but ill check the water pump if i can find it lol and with he jetting kit i got it tells me how to jet it for where im at. heres the link Dynojet oh and i think it did boil over. i checked the overflow and the radiator and they were both empty

stock but i dont know which ones. i just got a new set if jets from moose racing that i was going to put on befor this happend but then this happend

i didnt open the radiator it was the overflow bottle that i opened up and thats what sprayed me in the face. only mod is a k&n filter. jetting should be running rich since it came from 2.3k to 4k above sea level. and it was about 70 or 80 outside. i thinking what it was was where i was riding at. it was all very soft sand and might have over worked the engine trying to get through that

would anybody happen to know the size of the bolts of the mounting hardware for a front bumper and what kind of head is on it and if it uses washers?

so i was out the other day riding my shee and it started poring out radiator fluid but it didnt feel hot at all. my question is could it still build up to much pressure and make it look like it was over heating from a part going bad? and btw never open the reservoir to check if there is fluid in there or else it will shoot out at you. i got my right side of my face and my arm sprayed with really hot crap and got burnt bad

well thing is that i dont know how it should run when it was tuned since i got it out of my state. i ordered a jetting kit and it hasn't come in yet so should i try going lean one size?

what size jet should i go with an all stock shee with a k&n filter that was from 2.35k above sea level to 4k above sea level?

what should the compression be at on a stock shee
