first you got to get the old ones out,by means of going behind the old bearing and knocking it out ,once you get it out take some emery paper or sand paper and clean the area were the old bearing was ,then install the new one but make sure it goes in straight use a larger socket or a pice of wood ,once in assemble it the same way you took it apart but in reverse .i hope this could help i tried to get the manual download for you but i lost it

well i just got through with a complete color change on my shee .what we did was sand blast everything.if you r looking for a inexpensive way of doing it you could sand it with a sander.a wire brush might not be the best idea the best way i know is to sand blast it

well just took her apart and it is not bad but not got first there is a casting flaw where the wrist pin hooks to the piston also i can't tell wether or not it has been bored or not is there a way to tell if there has been any work to the top end without measuring it? all it says on the top of the piston is g thats it i will have pics of the casting flaw soon you gota see it never seen any thing like it i really am greatful for any help this is the first shee i ever owned or built and i know this is the place to look for help
