  16. alright i was going to make a purchase of 2 uni two stage filters but i am having truble i have a parts unlimited dealer catologe and my carbs measure i.d.=1 9/16 o.d.=1 11/16 but they only come in 1/4" increments 1"- 1 1/4"- 1 1/2"- 1 3/4" not shure what to buy
  17. hey are these gas tanks on banshees extreamly hard to get off or is my frame tweeked i had to loosen the steering stem so it would go forward a little to get the tank off?
  18. yeah its not much very little bit to the left. i have a polaris predator with a clamp on filter maybe that filter is just a lot bigger than the ones that will go an my banshee looks like if the clamp on filter was to big it would be hitting on the little piece that sticks out for holding the air box in place . Maybe i will just cut them tabs for the air box off thanks alot AXL
  19. the tors are off just caps. The carbs are offset slightly to the left side of the motor when looking at them from the back off the bike. How can i tell what size carbs i have i dont know if they are stock or not?
  20. hey i just picked up a 1997 banshee and i can see the jetting is not right so what i want to do is start rejetting but i do not want to keep pulling this air box off and on. I would like to put a set of like twin air or uni clamp on filters right on the carb and elimanate the air box but when you stand at the back of the bike and look at the carbs they seem to be shifted to the left a little bit so i wonder if it is possible to have clamp on filters or not it looks like the left side of the frame might be in the way any suggestions would be great thanks AXL
