The powerband just isn't suitable for supermoto and the handling isn't up to par with modern quads.

I know of 2 people that have tried it, don't waste your time.

Most organized ice racing will require nerfs and a tether kill switch. Get your quad as wide as the rules allow and drop it down a couple inches. If you want to be competitive you are gonna need a sway bar, otherwise you will spend most of your time on 2 wheels and that can get scary. I've decided I can't afford to have 2 race quads so I'm giving up on my Banshee project. Here's a list of what I have, described as accurate as possible. Prices are without shipping. Shifts good through all gears. $450 Cases- Unwacked, have some scaring in one side from a crank failure that has been smoothed out. $140 Cases- Bad shape, wacked along with some deep crank failure scaring. $40 Wicked +3+1 A-arms- New never mounted, PC'd white. $365 Lonestar Axle- straight +4 in good condition, one end slightly mushroom from being beaten out, slight pitting in the chrome. $200 ASV brake lever- Black, new in package. $50 Durablue sway bar- New in box. $250 Rath Sway bar- New with a ding on one arm. $270
