  1. They look like airplane landing lights!! Seriously though you did some good work!!! I got to get mine finished up.
  2. looking for a rear shock if you have time you might post a pic the next parts photo shoot
  3. Is that a graphics kit or custom paint on that? It looks awesome man good job!
  4. What shops would you guys recommend to custom build a radiator to my size specs? After looking over these conversions the only way I see to make these look and cool right with in frame pipes is to get a radiator built to fit.
  5. Is it the stinger size that is different or do they redesign the whole expansion chamber? I had a set of CPI big bore in frames but never looked at the Small ones that close
  6. back in 2004 I had a 10 mil cub that i raced on 1/2 mile dirt oval. They made great power had almos as much low end as my 10mm powervalve trex setup without the hasel of pv maintnence and were reliable to boot. I havent tried the servals but I dont think you can go wrong with a cub setup
  7. I got my first banshee before I had a drivers license and lived 8 miles from town. During the summer I would make the trip 2 or 3 times a week. there was one part along the way that has a 5 mile section of straight road with some pretty good hills. Ran it the whole way WFO even down the hills. This went on for a couple of summers without as much as a top end. Not every trip was wide open but more than once I was running late and gave it no mercy lol. Now this was a bone stock machine even had the snorkel tube on with a 15 38 gearing. I am not saying that running like that is just fine and you wont have problems in fact I would advise against it . I am just sharing some real life experience.
  8. did you mod the rear shock to get the rez out of your way o r did you have a shock shop do the work? if so do you mind me asking what they charged? i am in the process of building a hybrid and i really dont want to dish out the cash for a new aftermarket shock
  9. That looks pretty sweet. Im working with Gt performance right now on building a YFZshee I will have some pics up when it gets a little further along
  10. Do these pipese cross over in front of the engine? I cant quite tell from the photos
  11. I know this is a banshee fourm but I am having blaster problems and maby one of you guys could help here is the story....... Rode it for about 5 to 7 hours on saturday ran great. I put it in the shop for the night. The next day I went out It started just fine but ran like crap back fired and sputtered like a fouled plug. Took the plug out and it was sparking bright blue. Put the plug back in and it wouldn't start at all. Took the plug back out and No spark. It will only spark about half the time. I put a new plug Cdi and Coil on and it still is doing the same thing. I took the fly wheel off and the key is in good shape. Some times it will spark 20 to 30 kicks in a row. Then maby 50 with no spark then Start sparking for a few kicks. I have no idea maby the stator is bad but I dont have access to one and I am really tired of buying new parts and not fixing my problem.
  12. Well I dont have any leaks at all when the machine is just sitting there not running let it sit for an hour with a large piece of card board under it and nothing. The floats were adjusted where they were suposed to be but I lowered the level just for good measure and still got the same results. Is it posible that something is causing the floats to stick only when the engine is running. I have been testing it on Flat fire roads no jumps so I dont think sloshing is a concern.
  13. I just bought a 2002 banshee and cant figure it out it runs great but im only getting around 45 min per tank. I havent had any extended ride time on a banshee for 5 or 6 years but I sure dont rember these things burning this much fuel. There is no fuel leaking out when it is sitting still as would be the case if there were a stuck float or something. thanks for the help
