easy. pull of bowls, depending on how bad the floats are stuck id spray then with a little pb blaster and let it sit for a little bit. if you have it advance auto sells carburator cleaner in a bucket. its so much better than carb cleaner in a can. REMOVE EVERY GASKET AND O-RING!!!!!!!!!!! it will melt all rubber and paper gaskets. after this remove the needle and seat and all other jets and let them sit in the cleaner for about 15+ minutes depending how bad they are. DO NOT PUT THE FLOATS IN IT!!!! have a can of carb cleaner handy to clean out the jets and carb then blow it out with air. this is how i do mine all the time with zero problems. hope this helps.
