  1. I have heard a lot of people talk about jeff at fast where is it how do I contact them I just sold my zx6 so I can spend more on my shee with out pulling out of my savings I could have went with a cheetah for all the money I have put in this pos trying to make it run decent
  2. I have test rode it about 10 times up and down the road I would say 25 minutes pretty hard trying to figure out what is going on with my carbs I was thinking about the vitos clutch I heard they are good but what else can you tell me about the fzr 1000 clutch
  3. I called one of my friends he said my basket and new plates are going to be smoked since I rode it while it was slipping

And the way it sounds I need to go with the port job before my crank I trail ride, alot of wide open fields, and alot of road riding but dont want to go to big so I can trail ride anybody know a good place around IN or MI that will do a good job for a decent price assuming It will run good enough for me not to shoot it with a shot gun
  5. ok I found out all my jets I am running a 158 main, # 50 pilot, 1 1/2 out airscrew, removed that pos cdi and replaced it with a stock one, bumped the timing to plus 5, and it runs better but not a big difference and it seems as if my new clutch slips really bad I am getting real pissed everytime I change something for the better there is another big setback HELP!!!!!

  7. what kind of pipes should I be looking for I plan on 4mil crank then cheetah cylinders this summer

  9. I regret buying that cdi but at the time it sounded good I didnt have my stator plate until right after that any ideas what I should set my timing
  10. I already planned on it just got my 20cc domes in the mail
  11. 30mm carbs, dual pod filters, and since they are new cylinders I am running 32 to 1 and 112 octane for the 17cc domes
  12. ok I dont know what pilot I only checked my air screw thought that was the pilot up until now, I am as dumb as you get when it comes to carbs never have been able to adjust them
  13. I have stock stroke, stoke bore, and 17cc domes, is plus 4 timing correct
  14. when I ordered them from cascade they were supposed to be jetted for me I think they are way off and I plan on putting 20cc domes in soon it cost me 67 bucks for race fuel at a local shop.
  15. Alright I just froze my nuts off but here is what I got 158 mains, pilot no numbers on it but it is 1 1/2 turns out and my needle is on the second from the top
  16. does anyone run these carbs if so what jets and what about timing what should it be set at I just know alot of people run plus 4 that is the only reason I set it there
  17. yes it was a new coil it is from ricky stator where my stator came from but I think it is the same as stock. and I thought when you ran race fuel you are supposed to use a cooler plug so it wont detonate.
  18. I always use clutch saver 10w30 and it says right by the dipstick how much to use I think it is like 375ml but you will have to check for sure but it is less than 2 quarts.
  19. I just want to know what timing, jets, and anything else that might help I just ordered a stage IV Trinity single carb intake with a 34mm kehin carb hopeing it will come jetted like it is supposed to or pretty close.
  20. I have read the articles on hear about carbs before several times I still dont have a clue I know it could run better I have had several that didnt have half this done and they were way faster. I planned on getting a 4 mil crank soon but, if it isnt going to run much better than this I am going to part it out I am tired of putting money in this one for nothing.
  21. If you broke a rod it could be jammed in your case that would explain why your kick starter wont work

Just spent alot of money a lot of new parts and not much results to start with I bought a banshee than ran like crap so replaced almost everything starting with, new stock cylinders 64mm, vitos ported pistons, new high output stator, new 5 degree advanced timing rev box, kill switch and wirring, new coil pack, new prodesign coolhead, stator plate, and impeller, new ebc dirt digger clutch, boss intake, 30mm oko carbs, k&n pods with outer wears, new V-Force 2 reeds, and some other things I am currently running at minus 1 degree timing(because of rev box)so it should be plus 4, 17cc domes, 112 octane race fuel, br9es plugs, toomey t3 pipes(I think) and it isn't fast at all I have had 6 banshee's almost alawys had them built at local shops. I did this one on my own and I am very let down I need tips on what everything should be set at for a good mid and fast top end. it feels like it has no power band at all bottom end that isn't that great either.
