Is there any way to fix and tune the carbs myself without buying that kit?

there is no parking brake mechanism and plugs are new and has stock air box. only bogs in the bottom end when its in gear.

the air filter is clean and i dissconnected the little black box on the frame wire and its all the same. Revs very high can't adjust the idle, and it still bogs help!!!!!!!

i only put new pads on because the rotor is fine. The inside pad (closest to the cylinder) has normal wear but the other pad on the outside is almost at metal again. Theres only 5 hours on them and I don't brake hard. I did wear them in properly. Please Help between this and the bogging im going to loose my mind.

I just put new brake pads on the rear and after 1 ride the brakes are shot. I hardly even used them. Whats gone wrong????

Ok I just bought a 98 banshee 3 weeks ago it has fmf pipes and silencers, and i was told it was bored .40 over. Everything else is stock. Now I've been riding for the past 2 weeks for no problem and today i went out and after 2 hours of riding it started to bog out but not stall. This only happens when its in gear. its fine in neutral? what went wrong? It also has an eratic idle. Also how many turns should the air screw be turned out and the TORS? I've been told to get rid of the TORS but i don't know how or what parts I would need. If anyone has these parts please let me know. Please HELP
