If u guys want some mint Banshee's or any other atvs with tons of upgrades and mods cheap Puerto Rico is your best bet.Everybody is giving away their atvs with tons of upgrades.Lots of dealers here in Pr traveled to FL and Ca. to buy atvs to re sell them here and make good profit.Now goverment does not want them to be ridden in streets. ( Thats what most people bought them for) and There is minimal trails here to ride and a lot of people are not willing to take an atv with $$$ of xtras and beat them up in the trails and mud.The police has consficated lots and lots of atvs and re-sells them in auctions or keep them for police vehicles and natural resources vehicles.Everybody here is pissed off at the goverment includding dealers and parts stores Loosing so much money or not being able to sell what they have cause nobody wants to buy atvs here now and the goverment will not give you a licensce plate or any kind of registration. Sucks
