well my cylinders have some porting done not sure as to what they are setup for though....

as my other post state my banshee is in need of a crank and top end ....... i was curious what all machine work has to be done for a four mill kit . and is it the better rout to go vs. stock rebuild

hello i have a set of moose nerfs i am looking to trade. my bike is in need of a crank and some other stuff so i will trade them for a wide variety of things for a banshee. if interested feel free to pm me or reply here. i will have better photos later

i was curious myself to be honest with you.also has v force reeds and the almighty boost bottle......needs a crank and i was considering buying a used one but i am skeptical. also need front shocks misc nuts and bolts and a wheelie bar as well as a top end which i may just buy a cylinder kit and send these babys down the road

tore it apart and lower left rod bearing is shot as well as it will need a hone / new pistons

ok so i went and picked up a 96 banshee and just got it back to the house....the story was the guy was running it and it started to run on one cylinder then it up and locked up. been setting ever since(wich was in 2011) has basic mods such as fmf exhaust nerfs reeds . 30 over ect. i felt the kick starter and it was in fact locked so i put it in sixth gear and gently pushed it and boom. rolled over and kicker is unlocked....is this a top end issue or rod bearing?

now do i do the air fuel screws or move the clip?

ok... i forgot to mention that when just setting in the driveway and not in motion the bike will rev out fine... also running 32:1 klotz r50 with 93 pump gas

well i sold the 660 and want to throw some money into the banshee and get it a1 again. i went for a ride today and as usual the quad fired up on the 3rd kick...(cold been setting for 2 weeks) and it idled perfectly. i started out the drive way and noticed it didnt seem all there(falling on its face). but once the quad is above half throttle it will run flawlessley and not have any issues at all. i am stumped on this the quad just has the basic bolt on mods

hey guys up for grabs is my 96 yamaha banshee.the quad does need some work and i will list it in the description also tried to upload pics but they wont work. the banshee has older fmf gold series fatty pipes and silencers on it,boyseen power reeds,moose boost bottle,tusk clutch plates and springs,twin air filter,gytr heavy duty 0 ring chain,sun star sprockets,+2+1 a-arms,douglas front wheels,new front brake pads and wheel bearings, and a couple other odds and ends. now for the not so good stuff. the axle bearing on the right side is starting to get some play in them and it will need rear brake pads put on.(i have them). aslo the dumb ass that had it before me felt the need to weld the left hand side hub to the axle. and the a-arms will need bushings. i have tried to say as much as i could about it. the bike will start 3rd kick cold and runs good. also has no chain whack at all on the cases. will have a pic up shortly... also bumper in pic is off the quad quad is located a hour north of pittsburgh pa.

yes sir 20-11-9 on both...... it looks like a stock banshee shock,its not blown it nust sets about a good 1-2 inches lower then his does,quad has no lowering link either. has me sumped

so i this has been bothering me since i got the quad but when compared to my friends banshee mine for some reason sets really low in the ass end and i cannot figure out why..... does the r6 shock look different than the stock banshee?

glenn,i would take $40 for them...no fitment issues the only thing i noticed is the rear fender is a pain in the ass to screw the left fender on in the fender mount by the heel guard.as for nieskes comment if you so kindly scroll to the top you will notice i said my camera is a piece of shit and broken so there is a lodgical reason for them being blurry. dont matter to me though considering the parts were on for less then a month i doubt i willl have trouble selling. -

sorry about that i would take $240 for complete fender set, $50 for bumper $35 for kicker$20 for fuel cap txt for pics... again very open to trades on parts or if someone can txt me i can send pics to them to upload... also fenders will come with matching light covers at no charge -
i have a nice set of like new maier mfg. fenders color is lime green...only on the bike for two rides and i took them off. also has carbon fiber style fuel tank and radiator cover. also up for grabs is a nice prm baja front bumper,nice modquad kicker and dipstick, and tusk fuel cap. i cant upload pics due to my camera is broke but feel free to txt 814-227-5479 for pics. also will trade for other parts. some parts i would be interested in is a piston set, other style bumpers ect... located in pa

hey guys looking at a banshee not to far from my house here is some info on it.. 1987 has new pickup,new cdi,new flywheel,stator,carb boots,fmf exhaust,wheel spacers. it will set there and idle perfect but when youtake off on it it only hits on one cylinder.i am interested but i dont want to have to do a top end on it....could it be the tors messing up? any input is appreciated
