is there any place that has ran all of the common exhaust setups on a dyno? basically im looking to see how they compare from one company to another...

tired of my ceramic coated dyno ports so im looking for something in chrome, t-5, pro circuit, fmf etc. i need pipes and mufflers. id prefer used but in good condition... must have pics..

ive ran 50/50 av an dpump gas an dnever had a problem either. i just found some of the info intersting and thought id share it.

this is really common on snowmobiles! sometimes ive used small torch (small blue bottle type) and heat the underside of the piston on bothe sides of the top end bearing. then use a wrist pin puller right after before cooling. dont use a punch and hammer etc... just my .2 cent after 5 years of performance sled engine building.

i just installed some new a arms and when installing the spindles on and i try to tighten the nuts that dow through the a arms, all they do is spin? i tried to tap the arms into the spindles and seat them a bit but that only helped a little. all the threads are good etc. any ideas or advice?? thanks!!

so far i love my dyno port twin pipe setup. doesnt seem to lack power anywhere and doesnt fall off power early. but does seem stong mid-top

almost new, still shiny, no sratches etc. new was 317.99. one peice front fender factory race cut. thie is the new "custom" maier banshee style front fender. make offer.

ill have to take a look at what i have.

in dennis kirk they have listed that 87 88 front brake pads are different then 00+ brake pads. diff part numbers. also i wanted to get steel braided brake lines and thos are different as well. is there any real difference? lol i dont know what i have honestly because i was told it was a 87 motor in a newr frame etc. thanks for any help

ive seen alot of new stators for sale on ebay etc. and some talk about stators failing. Is this a common issue? any ideas why? i dont have any problems with mine but just curious.. thanks
