just as with almost everything electronical, you get what you pay for in car audio.. JL is an awesome brand, a bit overpriced IMO, but all of their products are good quality.

if you want an auto. transmission, everything else is FAR behind the Allison 6-speed ....

they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. they are EXTREMELY clean sounding, the set i listened to at a local store that sold me on them was powered by a 500 watt MBQuart amp. No distortion, even at extremely high volume levels. I was sold on them the second I heard them. But if you are just looking for something quite a bit better than stock. Might look into MBQuart, JL Audio, maybe Polk Audio as well

for components .. Hybrid Audio Techonologies ... never heard anything that sounds as clean and crisp (to me)

to the OP : get a Pro-Design or Chariot impellar, with a Mull Engineering gear .....

spray some starting fluid on your filters, if it fires, its a fuel problem ...

Auto. Transmission Fluid is fine, so is 10w-30.The Transmission fluid will require a change more often than the oil, but IMO, shifts smoother. Some will argue the ATF causes "creep" , but thats never been an issue for me.

get in touch with "camatv" on this site, he can cut you a pro-mod tranny that with shift easily under load, and will outlast an override
