  1. Glad to hear it's running good.
  2. I guess if you install correctly ( proper torque ) you have no problems. after all 97 HP and still no probs. I think I'll keep the key in just to see how long it lasts.
  3. In the words of Hulk Hogan Amen brother! set em straight Meat.
  4. Everybodys an expert Tony. Talking about a swingarm, should get it f-in right. I would bet most guys never even scene a bike run the way mine runs.
  5. Cool. Good luck.
  6. I forgot You Guys are all fuckin experts. I never heard of the +4 keys shearing off. However I did hear of +7 keys shearing. I have a +4 on the Banshee for 3 years and one on my kfx 700 for 4 years. No problems with either, however I agree the plate is a better design. For the asshole who said I have a stock swinger your wrong. Is +2 3/4 which happens to be great on the trails. O yea, I'm still climbing bigger and steeper hills then anyone ive scene on here.
  7. Wow! thats crazy big Al cound'nt figure it out. I at a loss for words. ( that sucks )
  8. Hey. The +4 will have no affect on gearing. As for flying up the hills, that costs lots of money. If you have 22" tires on the back a 13 tooth front may be the ticket. As I said before with my dune port stock stroke motor I ran 13-40 gearing with 22" tires. Another issue could be weight. You might need to set her up for your weight. Tuning these bikes takes time to get it set up for you, every thing you do changes the bike. I'm always messing with gearing, I just changed to 14-39. That seems to work good for me.
  9. That was a April fools joke. Dirt wheels does that every April.
  10. Ahh. now I see what your talking about. Jones hardware. I would bet they have them. If they dont try Fastenall down on Rt 61. by the pet king. Oh yea. Stumpy got his shee running.
  11. when's he taking it? What nuts do you need?
  12. What nuts do you need, Is it a stock axle? I probably have 1 or 2. Let me know.
  13. Thinking of going to mile hill this weekend. Anyone want to go? Let me know. Saturday 8-2-08. :miner:
  14. It looks like you have a top end bike. ( ported, CPI's, big carbs ) I hear alot of guys around here run the pro circuit pipes. More of a midrange pipe works good on hills. Hope this helps you. I'm sure someone will trade you. My first motor was drad ported with CPI's and v-3's with a cool head 19cc's and it ran great. Never had to clutch it. Thats Y I asked your tire size. I ran 13-40 gearing with vampire tires, seemed like a good combo on the hills.
  15. I hope you get it running the way you want her to run.
  16. What the other guys said, I'd like to add. Check the intake boot for cracks in the rubber. This is common on banshee's.
  17. I think you should have bought a 4 poke. Banshee's are top end screamers, unless you have a power valve motor. ( then there both ) Whats your current gearing? What size rear tires?
  18. Glad to see you calmed down. Sorry I was'nt any help. At least I tried.
  19. I thought you got new reeds?
  20. Maybe your cable is just shot. look for simple things first.
  21. Best way I can describe it is. It just falls on it's face when you try to ride it. I stalled it 3 times trying to get it to go. no bottom end what so ever. I had to rev it up and drop the clutch to get it to move.
  22. Tony, I still think you a little rich on the main but thats beside the point. I agree your problems with the needles. Try the CGL. Thats whats in mine.
  23. Tony. I think you said you have a 50 pilot. Did you try a bigger one, If so how did it act.
