    Im running paddles now. They hook up much better. Got a longer swing arm 2. Spelling never was my strong spot.

    I finaly got rid of the +4 keyway. It did'nt break, but decided it was'nt worth chancing. Got a RM stator with adjustibly timing plate. Nice upgrade.

    I am. He can name time, date, hill, or track. If its on dirt, I'm in.

    Whatever you do. Dont ask about a +4 timing key. If you do you'll get your head chewed off.

    I agree. The Torchworks is a very nice piece. But I did'nt notice a big difference. If anything it stayed cooler longer.

    I dont see many people with the T-rex. Mostly cubs, due to the price. But if you want a power valve motor you should check out the 421 cheetah.

    I tried putting a new spring for a +4 before. It bottomed out to much. Needs to be revalved and the right spring for swinger length and rider weight.

    Thanks for the info. I am kinda leaning toward the Works. I have them on the front and like them. The only bad thing about having my stock one revalved is the down time. September and October are my favorite ride months. I wish I kept some of my old rear shocks.

    Got it off ebay. round house with carrier, chain rollers and bearings. $299 shipped. Could not pass it up for this price.

    I finaly broke down and got a longer swingarm. Thinking about getting a works shock to go with the +4 swinger. I was wondering if anyone is running this set up. If so how do you like it. Works shock is $750 and Elka is $890. Any imput is appreciated.

    I got the ASR's for $330 of ebay new. On bike for over a year. Holding up good, so far.

    Only thing I can figure is you have the cable adjusted up to much.

    Did you grind the side of the carbs down. If you did'nt grind the side down the idle screw will not go in far enough to make it idle. As for it taking a while to idle down, I would look how far you have the throttle cable adjusted at the carb tops.

    I dont know whats going on yet. I am riding for sure. I put like 52 miles on the shee today. Hit all the spots, The Gap hills, mile hill, the Moon. I was kinda hoping you would come down this way. Maybe go to the bus hills and possibly coal hill. Let me know if any of you guys can make it down this way.
