Hello can the stock clutch cover be modified so you can adjust the clutch without pulling the cover thanx Jeff

I just got back from the dunes and my pipes are turning blue for about 8 inches from the jugs I am jetted for toomie T-5s is this normal or am I running rich and getting fuel burn in the exaust the ends of the silencers show a grey color and not a lot of oil buildup I am running pump gas with a 32:1 mix air screws 2 turns out Many thanx Jeff P.S. I do not have a pancake bearing yet and do not want to risk welding the clutch for plug chops if at all possible

Hello after a week at the dunes I have a gear grinding noise in the bottom end of my bike. If I go slow it shifts through all the gears and no funny noises but if I give it WOT in any gear it sounds like the gears in the trans are ripping apart I drained the oil no big chunks just some glitter in the oil I also pulled the clutch the bushings are shot I have 1/4 inch + play in the sprocket. Could this be the cause of the noise and slipping or do I need to split the cases I have a commplete bottom end that has the clutch rod welded to the inside so I can use the trans out of it if needed I also have new bushings for the clutch. Many thanx for any help I can get Jeff

Just got some at T&D Cycle in Chickasha 110 sunnoco for 6.75 a gal I am headed to Little Sahara with my son for spring break. My son thinks if the fuel smells funny it must be fast. I think if it cost 6.75 it had better be fast. :thumbsup:
