  1. I'll pass it along to him. Thanks
  2. I'm listing these for a buddy. He doesn't know how to post pictures. Up for sale is a nice set of FMF Fattys. They don't have any dings or discoloration. They are in great shape. A little polish and these are as good as new. He is looking to get $300 OBO. Give him a call, he will work with you. 530-306-7224 his name is Matt. The pipes are located in Camino, CA
  3. I have searched this very subject. It's not clear in the manual. We all know what the fibers look like. Is the proper way to measure to put the caliper in the groove on one side and on top of the block on the other side? I hope I explained that right.
  4. I'm interested in your YFZ motor. What are you looking to get for it? Is it complete? What year is it? Thanks, Jason
  5. I'm fairly certain they will fit a 700. The 660, I know nothing about the 660.
  6. I'm selling a set of front shocks from an 06 YFZ450. The bike was dune/drag only. $250 shipped
  7. Where are you located? I'm sure they are like new but got any pics? Jason
  8. I just took off the clutch cover. It's not the water pump clip....it is still in place. The more I looked at it, the more I "think" the pump clip could not make it to the drain side due to its size I'm gonna get a new billet impeller and an ez-drain cover. I'm gonna take it on my trip. I was only looking to get 1 more weekend out of it before I started a ground up rebuild. At this point it's not my primary quad but I can't wait till it is. Thanks to all the help guys.
  9. No way I'm gonna run it. I'm just worried about how long it was there!
  10. Well, I'm getting ready for Sand Mountain, NV. I'm not in my usual routine of repair or prep due to the fact I just got a new (used) toy hauler. Today I fianally got the trailer set up and went to work on the quads. I draine the oil on the Banshee and found a little chuck of metal. When I put the magnetic plug back up to the hole after draing and found the larger 2nd piece. Can some one tell me where this would have fallen off? At this point I'm just out of time to tear down so I will just leave it home unless I can figure it out before Thur. Thanks for and help you can provide,
  11. I corrected it for you  If its colder than -26*, I'm not riding and the freeze point is not and issue. I have tested it and Sand Mountain, Nevada at 4* with no issue. Run the Engine Ice, it works great.
  12. Interested in the Skat tracks. What size and what paddle? Thanks, Jason
  13. I've also got a YFZ450. Great quad! Look real hard at the Raptor 700 as well.
  14. Quick story. New to me 96 Banshee. It was not kept in good condition. Ive already done alot of cleaning (probably lost 3lbs of sand ) and all new fluids and plugs. I'm ditching the box in favor of K&Ns directly on the carbs. My request is for a few pictures of the wires between the motor and the rear of the quad. I would like to see what path was taken and how/where they were secured. Thanks for any help that can be provided. Jason
  15. +1. She makes very nice stuff but they are heavy. I have 2 different flags she made. Each time I have used one, the standard fiberglass pole splinters at the base. They now hang on the wall in the garage. Again the quality is very good.
  16. I had a 97' Banshee and built it up a bit then sold it when I got into kart racing. Years went by and time to get another quad. I bought a YFZ450 thinking "I guess its time for a 4 stroke". I've built it up too. No matter how much I do to it, its still not a Banshee. well, I just bought....or in this case rescued a 96' Banshee this week. The frame has some surface rust, the Toomeys are rusted, plastic is faded......but its a Banshee and I love it. My wife doesn't get it. I took the 97' for granted, this new one won't leave my possession. Long live the Banshee!
  17. The PJ1 paint will match the frames that are a flat gray. It will not not match the newer YFZ frames with metal flakes. I found color-rite from my dealer when I was looking for touch up paint.
  18. I don't know if this helps but I just got some touch up paint for my YFZ in an aerosol can from this place. It was $40 for a can. The paint is an exact match with the flakes and all. I was very impressed with the quality. If you look up the YFZ choose year 2005, its all the same after that.
  19. Hi Richard. I'll take those lights! Pm sent. Jason
