can someone tell me if i have quite a bit lower compression on one cylinder if it will make my engine try and run wide open after i give it a rev, i did a leak down test and passed. slides ar'nt sticking, this is what i did, i rebuilt the top end and took it for a rip for about an hour, then realized that i overheated it bigtime and melted a piston, because i ripped the oring that is inside the clutch cover, it put all the coolant inside the tranny and nothing in my engine. so i tore the cylinders off honed out the bad one switched the good piston over in the other hole that i just honed, and took the old piston that had lower compression, put it in the other hole wich was the side that did'nt blow up. stumped and when the engine is screaming out of controll the slides are in the idle position

does anyone rewind your own stator, i just finished rewinding mine it took 9 hours, not sure if it worked because it still wont start, the reason i rewound it is because i broke the original windings, so i rewound it myself, is it even possible for it to work
