  1. Got this last year... 1989 Toyota 4DR Pickup, Right hand drive, solid front axle and diesel engine... All Factory! You can import these into Canada (where I am) but you guys in the USA can not for some reason, sucks to be you! These trucks are awesome! Enjoy... C
  2. Nice terminology there pal. Not appreciated at all.
  3. I have a friend who has a set of upper and lower arms from a 2005 Yamaha YFZ450 quad and from what I have herd they can fit on my banshee... Is this true? Are they just direct bolt on or are their mods that need to be done to make them work? If someone could post some information I would be a happy camper! Thanks, C
  4. Still got the shocks? Post the pics in the thread so others can see.
  5. I need a rear brake rotor that is straight... New prefered but used if in good condition... I bent mine! Please let me know how much and a shipping quote to V3A8M7 in Canada... I pay PayPal only and I REQUIRE trackable shipping through UPS or FEDEX.... No USPS as they take weeks to ship to canada. Thanks! C

  9. Ok so here is what I did today.... Frist Drained the transmission oil... It was not milky at all... Perhaps very very very slightly grey but not mikly for sure... I would say little to no water got in there. I then proceeded to remove the air filter, I noticed some sandy shit got in the carbs so I took them off, took the bowls off and cleaned the heck out of them and put them back together, took the reeds out as well (I have a set of Vforce2 reeds I bought on ebay coming in the next day or two), I then looked at the pistons as best you can through the reed ports and all looks good... I got the idea however that there might be some water in the bottom end of the engine so I basically stood the bike up on end and tilted it back and sure enough a bunch of water poured out.... I got as much of it as I could so I think it will be ok. I will put everything back together after I get my reeds in the next day or so and hopfully all is well. Anything I did sound odd or do you have any other suggestions of things I should do? Thanks! C
  10. I am suprized no one has sunk a bike before... I was really easy to do!! Will check overything over this week, I have a set of VForce2 reeds to put in the bike so that whole area needs to come apart which will give me a good look at the whole intake system and clean out any forigen material that may have gotten in there. C
  11. Ok I will do this tomorrow and let you know, funny thing is I just changed the oil before this ride it is fresh oil in it... Man my Yammaha dealer is getting rich off me lately! Back there tomorrow to get some more trans oil. C
  12. I currently have a twist throttle with the TORS removed but am finding it very sketchy at times when trail riding with the twist throttle (I have pinned the throttle a time or two while trying to hold on and fliped the bike, its only a matter of time before I hurt myself bad) so I want to go back to the stock throttle control. If anyone has a thumb throttle assembly they want to sell me please let me know, also a price to ship it to me here in canada at zip V3A8M7 Thanks! C
  13. So I was riding at a local lake here and there is a mud flats area where people 4wheel and ride quads and bikes... The lake is fairly shallow for a ways out there (under 1 foot in depth) so it was already raining out and I was soaked to the bone so I thought I would just rip through the water as fast as I could... What did I care I was already wet! Anyway it turns out there is a freaking ditch dug though the lake about 10 feet out and I didn't see it.... Under I went and before I knew what the hell happened the bike stalled and I was VERY wet... Yet much cleaner! So we towed my Banshee out of the lake and stood her up.... Took the plugs out, kicked it over drained all the water out of the carb, put new plugs in and tried to start it... No luck, I got tired. So we hooked up a two strap from my Shee to my friends Shee and he towed me down the road with the clutch out and it finally started up, spit water out the exhaust for a bit but idled just fine after a couple mins. My question is.... Should I be looking at anything now or removing/cleaning/draining/changing anything after this drowning? Thanks everyone! C
  14. Yeah.. Boost bottles are gay, I already know that.. haha Back when we used to have gas powered RC trucks that was a big upsell on those too... Get a boost bottle it will give you more power... Whatever. Junk. C
  15. Just wanted to make my first post.... I have been riding a 2000 CR250 for years along with two other friends with banshees and I found myself borrowing or riding theirs around more offten then not and enjoying the hell out of it... Picked up a 1998 with pipes, jetted and some nice new sand tires... Not many mods but I managed to find a set of Vforce 2 reeds on ebay for 100.00 which is not bad. Will I need to do any jetting or anything with the VForce 2 reeds? Or just put them in and go? How much power gain from stock to those? Thanks all and I look forward to hangin out with yall. C
