Would the paint come off the clutch boss or the pressure plate if I would paint them ?!?

  3. Hey Broke, just like Loco says, your steal ball is all gone inside the kicker mate... just screw loose the kicker, then the bolt, holding the lever on it`s root. careful of that little spring, when hes gone hes gone All fooked up steal ball out and in goes the replacement :biggrin:
  4. hi there folks, is there someone by any chance who`s got a how to on windowing the stocker clutch cover ?!? Couldn`t find a thread in this forum regarding this so a documentation or some pics would be really appreciated. Don`t need that Lock-out/Lock-up feature so just for the looks... Thanx in advance

I buddy of mine had a crash once when one of them cheap ass lowering links broke through... Your choice really...
  10. Allright lads, still had no time to get to my baby but here are some pics of a spare brembo caliper i got lying around in my shed. The dog bone made by a friend, attaching the stock brake caliper to the Swinger is excatly same as a the original one.   12. Hi lads, thanks for the compliments lads. Will post some new vids soon Unfortunately the only engine mods are 1 oversize pistons, FMF Pipes, K&N Air Filters, everything else is stock Until now I just worked on the "overall looks part" as you may have noticed :geek: Bu hope to get some 4 mil crank and stuff, some bigger top end and some porting !!!What would you guys suggest ?!? Please send me some tips for a possible combo @bbcmudtruck it totally depends: the R1`s are a bit stiffer then the R6`s ... so it`s your call really

  14. Those are Yammy R1 Oehlins Shocks. Are a bit harder than the R6 shocks. From my point of view perfect for Flattrack & affordable as well

  16. the yfz rear brake caliper definately doesn`t fit dude.But instead why don`t you buy a brembo brake caliper off a used Ducati. Just need to get the metal bone done afterwards and off you go *Much better than that Nissin shayt *
  17. The one in my Sig is mine ! I am racing supermoto down here in Germany with her and Shee is behaving much better on the streets *Just like Shee was born for it* Have finished off my YFZ 450 A-Arms mod as well, and now Shee`s lying almost on the Ground at the Front combined with my Suspension.   20. Flat Track = Supermoto is my way Love MX as well but Shee gets too much pounding while doing that )) Besides we can run them on the streets here, so thats where my Baby spends most of the time now :biggrin: Cheers !!!

Hi there Dupont, cheers for the flowers mate Am in the forums quite a while but ain`t posting that much thats probably the reason why you haven`t seen it before Those are stock a-Arms connected with Douglas 10x8 Rims and Yamaha R1 Shocks in the front !!! In the meanwhile I finished off my YFZ 450 A-Arm mod and looks much nastier I gotta say !!! Just post some pics when you start restoring your baby I am sure people can help you out with some other design tips as well !!! Am copying myself ideas form this forum )) Kind regards
