First on a 2 stroke you must use gear case oil. Not motor oil like in a four stroke.. Me i always use Yamaha lube oil. And there is one drain plug right under in the middle of the case.

on 91 octan you wanna reach 145 of compression.. so go to the prodesign website and look what kind of dome you need depend on how high you are compared to sea level
