Changed the head gasket and changed the water pump today. The bike was running when I pulled it into the garage. But now after I put the new parts on I get NO fire to my plugs. Can someone point me in the right direction on getting this fixed?? Thanks Fracas

I have the right Kit and No it doesnt just fit. Im lay'n the rings ontop of all the grooves. and it is Clean as day they are a little bigger. Liek I said before. I had to push the rings in and bunch it together to fit. There are no signs of anything wrong after the install. Now Im tring to get the rings on the Domes and on the Top of the head. The grooves are not like the Bottom part of the head. So Im going to try the grease today. Thanks for all your input. I dont need a head gasket when using the O-rings correct?

The o-rings are bigger than the grooves. Ive been bunching the rubber together just to install them. But I have only gotten 2 rings on. And the grease would make it harder to push the ring in.

Well I found out it was a blown head gasket. Who ever put this head on before was a tool. They used 2 Head gaskets to raise the head up. Dont ask me why? I dont want to use the stock head again. Im going to install my Cool head. But Im having problems getting the o-rings to stay in place. Anyone have any tips to get this job done?

How could it be jetting? Explain please.

01 Shee Vito's 404cc Sleeve kit 360 jet Stock carbs FMF fatties w/ Silencers Bike started over heating after I road it in the trails for about a hour. Checked and Added water but still over heated. Then the right cylinder started acting up. Back firing and cutting out. I checked the compression today 125psi on both cylinders. Not really sure what to look for next. Any tips would help. Oh I put a new set of plugs in when I added water. I checked them and the right side plug looked like it never fired and has a small amount of coolent on it.

Well From what I see on the motor it still has the Stock Head on the cylinders. Not sure on the Compression at all. But it does have the 404cc kit. Not sure on the bore either. I went out this morning and fired the bike up. Runs fine now. But last sunday it was firing on 1 cylinder. I think the ring got hung up. So Im gong to pull the topend today and check everything and maybe do some file work and see if it helps.

Here is another question. When running the 404cc big bore kit what Gas are you guy using? I thought it would need some race fuel. But my buddy said he was using 93 with some Octain booster.

Ok I came across what I have. It is a Vito's 404cc Big Bore Kit. Now I need to find out if I can use stock gaskets

It could be Vito's but not 100% sure. So I will be fine with a Stock gasket kit then?

I just bought a 01 Banshee from a Friend. It has burnt rings and need to be replaced. I was told that the Shee has a Viseeto 402cc Kit. I have never heard of this Brand. Can anyone point me in the right direction to where I can find a set of rings for this. Or can I just pull the head off and Mic the clearences and get new rings? Also Im not sure if I can usea stock OEM gasket kit of not. All help will be helpful for me.

Reason's like this is why I ALWAYS have Full coverage Insurance. Never know when you will get hit by someone not thinking. So is your friend going to fix you Banshee at least? I know I would be sending Him a Invoice for the damages.

Well Progressive cut me a check today. Got a Cool $3420 out of the deal. But they took $500 out for my deductible.So I have $2950 to Find a new bike. I didnt buy the banshee back. And no one Pm'd me or showed interest in buying it so Progressive will be picking the bike up Wednesday.
