    Lower A Arms

Hi Guys, I'm looking for some stock lower A arms pm or send me an email at express46@comcast.net Thanks! Rob
  3. LOL damn thats funny, I have tried teh dirt ties in the snow and it sucked, the tractions filled with snow and it was all over, icey slicks. So if your going to do snow mebbe tracks will be the ticket. I never tried teh paddles, it just doesnt snow enough in Oregon to be worth the effort. But you snow zone boyz should be able to have some fun with them toys. In Oregon here I'll just have to wait for the Aqua Treads ;p Can you say Boyant !! lol G Luck with the Snow!!
  4. Yeah...... ( heavey sigh ) I shouldnt risk it, just rebuilt the internal parts and I'd hate to be hasty now......dirty P word, Patience =(. Thanks for the replies folks. Yea I'll look into better gaskets as well.
  5. Head Gaskets reusable? I know, its not about the cost but more over about waiting to pick up a new one. I Installled the cylinder with a new gasket and realized I forgot something...... had to pull the head back off soo.. can I re use the one time squished gasket? or do I need to replace after every peek into the cylinders? Yes it was torqued into place =( Its a copper gasket. Thanks in advance
  6. Check the shift forks for flat spots as they sometimes hang when trying to slide on the shift cam. The wear can be tricky to detect unless you have another good one to compare it to. I am currently enduring transmissin repairs of the same as you speak. Mine was soo worn I needed an entire trans, clutch, primary gear etc... (( weeps )) I'll not continue =) I hope to be riding soon G Luck to you
  7. LOL @ Pushing the Bitch.......made me Laugh Think your right!!
  8. soory for teh double post ;p But I noticed you said t-6 and jetted, did you make mods to the air intake? if not you may want to look that direction for more air. careful not to lean er out. go to toomey web site to find the correct combo. ( air intake + fuel jet size ) \ My dauhgter is running t-6, jetted and an air filter and she stomps well, errr beats my 4 stroker. also you may want to research the perfect drag gearing. imho first one to third wins ;p Banshees have optimum gearing or sprocket sizing for that amount of power. spend the cheap monies first. Remember dont lean her out and remove that friggan TORS. they wiggle or crack suck air and frag the pistons. G luck
  9. T-6's are fine dont pitch em. t-5's may be better but if you have t-6 installed work with em.
  10. Glug Glug Glug sluuuurp.............welcome to owning a shee. I ride with several Raptors, trx 450's, Banshees and Blasters and its just the nature of the beast. It seems to me the shees eat twice the fuel of my 4 strokers maybe even more. I belive it is also the way a shee is ridin, basically the throttles are on off switch's rather than finesed. when I ride the shee I crack the throttle WFO, The four strokes I tend to enjoy the bottom end a bit. imho Both my banshee's are semi built, one has a hot rod crank, both are piped jetted, and air filter'd with 300 main jets or slightly bigger, forget off hand. However, if someone on this board has a milage saving idea, I'd sure like to know !! G Luck!
  11. WTB Transmission, Bottom end, or new motor. Got me a new bike for the kid, to find out the motor was torched. just my luck. soo...like the title says I can go either way, trans, bottom end, or just an entire motor. up for options. Hailing from Oregon. The bike is a 1998, Banshee of course ;p Thanks in advance for the PM Rob
