On a radiused swingarm you would have to send me a pic to show me exactly what you want, just go into paintbrush and draw a picture and send it to [email protected]. I cant give you an exact price without seeing exactly what you want . And for material i can use a mild steel rectangle tube or 4130 chrome moly but will be extra for chrome moly as the price is about $23 per foot for a 1'' x 2'' tube and also to roll the tube it must be a rectangle tube because it retains it shape and strength better than an oval or round tube. Also stock or round housing?

Sure i can but it will cost extra as i have to roll the tubing to make a radius

Yea i am trying to get a finished pic, the darn company that is doing my lazer cutting hsa been really slow but as soon as i get those brackets i can tig em together and have a finished product, also does that stock swing arm look familiar is it yours?

LOL here is what i am trying to say, i make banshee swingarms with the round housing and yes you do have to use the honda stuff or buy a conversion carrier that will accept your axle and brake stuff. The carrier in the picture is from a trx450r and can be used in the banshee round housing swingarm, i also make the stock style witht the brackets to retain all of your factory stuff , either style your choice.

that is for a banshee swing arm $30 more for the round housing conversion, i was saying the carrier in the housing in the pic is off of a trx 450r

Did somebody say round housing carrier? This is for a trx450 carrier for round housing add $30

Well currently i am an operator for the international union of operating engineers and work night shift this here is just a hobby, i like to build stuff with metal and as of right now i have bought $6000 in material {chrome moly is very expensive} and tools. If i made even a dollar i would love to put it back into this site, because if this site wasnt here i would of made $o right? I am just trying to build stuff cheaper for everybody, not everyone can afford an $1100 swing arm

All are fully tig welded and all brackets are laser cut. Includes new bearings allready pressed in and powdercoated in any color of your choice, please allow 3 weeks for manufacturing and powdercoating as these are built to order please add $25 for lengths of +10 and up, can aslo make custom sizes, also these are for factory carrier alo manufacturing swingarms for yfz450,z400,trx450, raptor a arms for, banshee, yfz450, trx450, raptor, cannondale here is the jig that still needs a few brackets installed some pictures of some of the laser cut brackets, these specifically are for z400 +2 a arms
