  2. Train conductor in your 20's? yeah right, my whole family works for the up and to be a conductor theres no way your a conductor buddy, also i am 25 and i make betwwen $75k and $100k being in the international union of operating engineers local #234 in council bluffs iowa as a heavy equipment operator, but i started from the bottom as an apprentice at the age of 18, also to make that king of money in the union you have to be a boomer working out of town chasing the ''big hour'' jobs working 80-90 or even 100 hours a week, but come on a conductor? come up with something more believeable, also i admit that my spelling sucks
  3. Thanks man, i am going to keep shipping times as quick as possible
  4. how much are you asking for these frames? just a ball park figure?
  5. Looks like it has a leak, thats funny shit there, lol lol :yelrotflmao:
  6. I got back in town oday and recieved some parts that i cant beleive but were actually early, these particular ones are not for the swing arms but they are for the a arms aluminum spacer for upper hiem joints for caster adjustment big ol bag of em mounted on a arm sitting next to a arm with threaded tubing insert welded in
  7. I do have to say that this is one of the best atv forums out there, also thank you for you nice comments
  8. Also i am still waiting for a moderator to return my messages for advertising on this site
  9. I havent recieved any money for any parts yet, should be recieving a couple this week and when i recieve i will be taking the swingarms to the powdercoaters and then ship them out asap so you all can see the quality and the work i put into my parts
  10. I have messaged the moderators twice about adertising on this site with no reply to either message
  11. He even went thru the trouble to bash me on the live chat window on the main forum page
  12. This guy from day one has been nothing but trouble for me, first the deal was that i was using his swing arm and a arms to build aftermarket ones and give his stock ones and a set of aftermarket to him for free for letting me use his parts, so he drove down to our shop and showed up with bumpers and steering stems expecting me to make all of this stuff for free but all i wanted was the swingarm and a arms, and not 3 or 4 days later he was allready calling expecting them to be done which is impossible doing it in 3 or 4 weeks is almost impossible, all these parts have to be engineered and then find a supplier that can make them and make them right so the parts will work and not half ass it, i cant half ass it because if the first run of parts dont work very well my name is screwed and nobody will but anything from me right? And you know whats funny he calls me cussing and sending me nasty emails and i dont know why but does he not realize i am doing this work for him for free? did i say free? yep. Anyways he says i havent returned his calls thats funny i just talked to him on saturday , isnt that 2 days ago? the reason for that is because i am currently 300 miles away from home because my grandma died and i have a funeral to go to in the morning and i cant sit on the phone and argue with this guy about some bullshit in front of my family, i just dont need that, i am just going to send his parts back and send him his gas money for driving down here and be done with it, also this guy thinks i should work on his parts round the clock and quit my job just to get his parts done and i have a family to spend time with too, this is just plain ridiculous, also building a banshee swingarm is much faster and easier than a yfz 450 swing arm to build and that swingarm takes alot more parts and alot more outsourcing of those parts to build them, i dont think its worth the trouble or the time. Also with the banshee swing arm i recieved from vtecjun before i got your parts thats why they will be done before his , i just dont understand it, i am doing his work for FREE!!!!! and he comes on here trying to bash me? also when you order a swing arm or some a arms how long do they tell you it will take to recieve them? most say 4-6 weeks because they are built to order right? and they allready have there parts designed and all of there jigs built and parts ready and all they have to do is weld them together and it still takes 4-6 weeks, he wanted me to build the jigs get parts and have them done in 2 weeks, i dont know,
  13. i am working on that, does any company sell a round carrier that will accept the factory banshee axle and brake caliper?
  14. Also thru this week ending friday may 18th i will build and length and housing style for $180 shipped and that includes powdercoated in the color of your choice and new bearings pressed in, i have a few days off at the end of the week so i can get a few more built, i should have at least 1 of every size from -2 to +16 in standard and round housing, also includes the decal in any color you would like, also chrome plating is available but takes a few days longer as it usually takes 1 week for the chrome shop to get them done for me, i will find out for the cost on the chrome plating on monday morning
  15. Worked on some swingarms today got some pics pics of a +16 round housing swingarm, still needs the shock mounts and chain guide mount installed pics of a +2 round housing swingarm a little sneak peak on the decals that will be put on after powdercoating or plating, i will have these in all different colors so you can do any color combination with your swingarm and decal factory carrier mockup
  16. Anybody else interested? if so let me know so i can get them built this weekend
  17. here are some more pics of some cnc machined parts for the swing arms the clamps for the round style carriers the pivot bearing tube that holds the pivot bearings that welds on to the front of the swingarm factory carrier brackets for the stock style threaded tubing inserts for extended a arms with caster and camber adjustability as you can see i have a ton of parts to build a few of these so let me know if anybody is interested
  18. No sorry as there is alot more work invloved on that swing arm, it would take 10 times as long to build that swing arm than a standard style
  19. Thanks you for all of the repsonses and yes i can get designs cut in the round housing but i do have to send them out of town because in the omaha council bluffs area i do not know of a 5 axis lazer or water jet around here, that is what you need to cut on a radius like that or a 4 axis milling center. We have a 3 axis machine but the 4th axis is what actually rotates the part while it machines/cuts the side of the tubing. I will make a deal for the first person to contact me i will build them a swing arm with standard or round housing in any length they want, powdercoated and with new bearings pressed in for $150 shipped, again just the first person only. I am just trying to get my name out there and have somebody that has purchased one tell all of you about the quality of my parts.
  20. Also for that style i would have to use a 1'' x .120 wall chrome moly round so it would be as strong as possible which i do have a couple hundred feet of that material in stock,
  21. I can do that, we do have round dies for round tubing Round housing i take it? Also my jig has the shock mounts setup for the linkage, can you get me measurements for the shock mounts for just a straight shock mount?
