  1. So Dunereview.com is no longer around. I'm just wondering where all the old members go to talk about trips up to Walden and to Little Sahara and stuff like that? I moved to FL for 2 years but I'm back in Colorado and looking forward to riding this summer.
  2. My phone number is 970-219-5281 I don't see an edit option
  3. List of aftermarket upgrades: [ +2 +1 A-arms. (They are 2 inches wider and 1 inch to the front.)] [ Has full set of temperature monitoring gauges. Water temp. and duel cylinder temp. gauge.] [ Cool head cylinder head. ] [ K&N air filter. With intact air box lid ] [ Tommy T-5 pipes and silencers ] [ Extended rear swing arm 2
  4. I think one of my issues is. knowing if the tires are perfectly straigt. i'm a 1/4 inch toe in . I have negative camber about 1/4 of an inch on each side. i'll hold a level on the tire and have about 1/4 inch in at the top from the leve. if i were to adjust the top out to where the tires are perfectly plum hardy any of the threads would be in the a-arm. both sides do match. I'm not sure they are pointing straight though. I'll have to mess with it more this week.
  5. Thanks for the reply. I'll try out the ratchet strap idea. i was told not to make adjustments with the bike up in the air and that it needs to be at ride hight when makeing the adjustments. i'll look at the site. hopefully i can get this figured out soon.
  6. alignment issue!!! before i swapped on the asr a arms the bike rode straight and true. air pressure in the tires are all the same. none of the breaks are dragging. I installed +2 +1 arms and i can't for the life of me get this f-en thing to ride in a straight line. as soon is a start out rolling the bars pull to the right and it pulls to the right. I bring it back to the garage check the tie rods. try different things and nothing changes it. i have it toed in about 1/8" to 1/4" and have the negative camber about 1/4" I'm going to try to go to 0 toe and camber and see if that helps anything. does anyone have any suggestions? Sledge hammer?
  7. Hey Chainsaw. I bought that red and white 86 off of you about 3 summers ago. I switched to a banshee a month ago. I had the hardest time selling the the tri-z. I couldnt find anyone to buy it so i practally had to give it away about 4 weeks ago to a guy out here in colorado. I had it in the show and shine a few months back here is a picture.
  8. I just switch my mods tonight. i'm now running T5s with a with a K&N and the airbox lid off. i put in 250 mains move the clip 4th notch from the blunt end and have the air screw out 1.5 turns. got it all back together and it fired right up. i didn't get to test it out becuase its 9 pm. I'll be riding at around 8900 feet this weekend with temps in the 50s and 60s. I hope it works out.
