i read that there is a vacuum line that connects to both carbs would it bog if that wasnt there?

well we figured out what happened. the push rod and that ball inside the clutch welded itself together. how often does that happen and is there any way to prevent it? also theres a problem with it running. it wont start from kicking over it as to be pushed and when it is running it doesnt idle and revs high at times and bogs a lower throttle. thanks, clayton

the rev problem was the parking brake wire were touching but now we have a serious problem the clutch arm on the motor some how got twisted in a 360 (wtf?!) the metal is bent and all ugly

i figured out how to remove the tors but im stll having clutch problems it slips when in gear (not running) and pushing it

not sure what TORS is.... this is my 2nd time working on a banshee can you explain what it is and how to eliminate it

my buddy just bought a banshee and is having some trouble with it. when revving the motor, it bogs and wont rev very high. we think his clutch has something to do with it cause it lost adjustment (clutch doesnt pull in) at the same time all this happened. its a mod quad see through cover and lock out clutch and when we move the clutch lever on the motor we only see 2 of the things move. the bikes ran fine for a few hours and then this just happened out of no where. he has pipes, pod filters, heads and lock out clutch

i have here a set of very nice banshee spindles for sale. they were chromed about a year ago and i never got around to using them. one of them has a very little rust spot and the other one has what looks like some flaking on the actual spindle where the bearings ride so you wouldnt see it. the threads look to be in good shape. they come as you see them im looking to get 120$ shipped ill also take offers i also have these on listed on Z400Central.com so ill take who ever comes first or offers the most thanks, clayton
