I dont now if its the same problem i had.I sent my motor out to be rebuilt and the guy told me the stator coil was soo dirty and packed with dirt that it wouldnt allow the kick starter to work. maybe you can look at that too.

You dom just got my motor back and workin on it as i write here lol.Hit me up when you get your shit fixed i have rides for the both of us.

the cooling hoses i got like you said self explanatory just the air hoses .The one that comes from the top of the engine under the rear upper engine bracket and has a tee on it you talking about that one im not sure about it.

i had this for the first time apart and now everything is almost together but the hoses.Does anyone have a good pic or schematics on it?

I had the same kit and it ripped. It lasted me 4yrs of abuse believe it or not. I just sent my engine to herr jugs to get the next size up from vitos kit. Good luck with everything.

I stripped the whole quad down painted everything. Its getting busy at work and just had a baby so times are rough and i got money. I just want the job to be done right ya know.

Ive never been to the free side but you can find directions to the park and youll see the other trails.

I have a 404 big bore kit with 68.50 pistons ported.What size compression dome would i need to use for race fuel.I just dont want to buy all the sizes its expensive for just 1 set lol.
