  2. Huh? If it gets warm expands the fluid and spits it into the overflow and its hooked up correctly I'm sure it'll suck some back in as it cools down? Like a car? Same system. Just smaller.

  7. Here's a question. If you aren't running a TZ is there any gain in running straight cuts? I see the hp gain we are talking about but not sure Ive ever heard that before. What was the initial purpose when brought to market? Straight cut gears stronger than helical? Straight gears are noisier aren't they?

    Front fenders

    I've got a full set. Rears and radiator included. Fronts are still full. Wanting 200 for all of it. Shipping to you would run around 100 I'd bet.

  21. If its leaking past you prob need a needle and seat. I've not seen a "carb kit" before I don't think. It just needs cleaned out and out back together like we previous said. There really aren't any wear parts inside. Sometimes stuff breaks or needs cleaned up. Sometimes the seat can be cleaned up with a few light twists from the end of a sharp drill bit. If you aren't sure or have no idea what we are talking about then you are probably better paying the $120 and crossing your fingers. But make sure you have it with somebody familiar with banshees and not some run of the mill stealership. Sometimes you'll end up with more problems than good after that.
  22. You'll lose a little after you take it off from expansion. It's designed to heat up and push into the bottle. No bottle, no where to go but out. Just don'tfull it up everytime time when u take the cap off cold or it'll puke out everytime you ride it. It'll probably be an inch or so down when cold. Should be fine like that.

  24. What do you consider a rebuild? I always hear guys say that. Take them apart, soak in carb cleaner, blow out jets and ports, put back together. Not really much to it. What costs $120? I just sold a good usable set of stock carbs with torrs removed for $80 shipped.
