Whats the easiest way to purge alky?i have been searching and cant seem to find out.Idont have a purge system looking for one.I was told that you could unhook gas lines drain tank and run premix in gas tank run till it runs out then re hook is it that easy?How long must i run with premix,and how to mix,i use 927 oil.Also i have another gas tank could i just hook it up with seperate lines and run to carbs?any help would be gratly appreciated....carbs are being converted as we speak

So the idea of draning alky out of gas tank,then running race fuel mixture in tank to purge wouldnt hurt the alky next time i put the alky back in it?Cause that sounds alot easier than using a purge system.Help please.....

I have a banshee that i have been buying parts for for a year now.I have ported and polished heads by paul turner (national with boost ports),a cool head,v force 3 reeds with3/8 spacers,35 mm carbs with k&ns,adjustable timming plate,new cool head rings & 22cc domes,new prolite series pistons,degree key,new oil seals,pro design intakes,with boost bottle,4 miil stroker crank short rod,with plate stock tranny,my trannk wouldnt come out of third very easy,boss racing clutch,2003 engine caes,i am looing for a reliable mechanic to put it together,if anyone thinks i need anything else or should change please let me know,i live around lafayette louisiansa need mechanic
