where do i see that vinyl covering at? i tried to find it in the pic section. i'm getting ready to change my color and the vinyl sounds alot more practical

i have a 1987 shee that i want to change the color of cause i hate purple. can i paint the plastics with a regular car paint in a paint booth? also how do i get the old sticker off? can i use a heat gun on the plastics? what type of prep work do i have to do as far as sanding and what grit paper do i need to use please let me know..........................thanks

i have an 88 shee and it has alot of play in the shifter{ like the spring is messed up}. i live in myrtle beach, s.c. and the weather just got where its 70 degrees everyday so i broke my quad out for some fun before i have to fix the shift problem. well the last trime i was out it started making a loud high pitched screeching noise when it was in gear. when i put it in neutral {which is very hard to find} it went away. also now when i put it in gear, it sort of jerks like the clutch isnt engaging properly. can someone please shed some light on this for me? also can you tell me what i need to get this shifter fixed?...............................thank you...............tattoo man :shoothead: ::
