I just put toomey t5s on my 06 shee, which is pretty stock besides a KN with no lid and the jetting that comes with the toomeys. The power that the t5s put out is crzy over stock and they are alot cheaper than t6s. Plus if u ever wana mod more the t5s b much better. Like i said for sound, power, finish and fitting - GET THE TOOMEYS. my .2c

hey guys, the guy at the atv shop told me the best set up for my banshee with a K&N was to retain the stock cage and cut the foam off and cut the cage off. He said u then silicone the thing on (and bolt it in there) and a oval shaped K&N will fit great. He has a UMI racing kit but reckns it is round and doesnt fit the airbox as good as the standard adapter? is this the go for the set up? thanks for the help chris

hey guys, been looking into the Rocky Mountain ATV site and they have some cheap gear! I think i have decided to go the haulers as most ppl are saying that they still turn good. I want something good for abit of climbing but mainly duning. What is the best hauler to get? been looking at the sand snakes or the skat tracks. I might do the rims too, think il get douglas rims. What is the best size tyre and rims to get. Just want a spare set of rims, something that can handle smaller jumps, but without spending too much cash. Do i get the .125 wheels with 20x10x10 - 8 paddle haulers for a shee which will have pipes and a air filter. Not widening the axle or anything. Jeez thats a lot of stuff i just wrote. anyone could give me some direction that would be great!! i just hope RMATV ships to Australia! thanks guys chris

just after opinions on filters. Is a uni filter (normal monting - no adapter) ok for dune use or am i better off with a K&N set up or something similar with the adpater set up?
-
how do the factory finish pipes look? they are lots cheaper!! do they keep ok after a few years or do they rust? i gather they will require some attention with the steel wool from time to time?

hey guys , looking at doing the xhaust on my banshee which is dead stock. Dont think il port it or anything just pipes, filter and jets (hence the t6 kit). Am i best with the t6 kit? they claim it gives 8hp more than the t5 kit on a stock banshee??? Also as for air filters on the dunes am i better off with something with an adapter or is the uni filter stock mounted one ok? The bike is only for sand use. Is the toomey jetting kit spot on like they claim? thanks chris

I have a few prices and options so far. Can get maxxis rooster haulers for $120 or the directional roosters for $145 (these are %25 off thru a contact) or get some sand stars for $145 retail. Arrgghhh what to do? Im not buyn the quad to drag or be a flat out hill climber, i just want something good for mucking aound and climbing now and then.

hey guys, just after an opinion on a product. http://www.jmcracing.com.au/site/details.c...roductIDNum=468. Are the gauze type filters good for performance and protection on a banshee with pipes only? chris
-
Hey guys what are the ITP Sand star paddles like? are they basically the same as the roosters?
-
hey guys, what are the DG pipes like in terms of performance. The full exhaust system will most likely be the only real major modification i will be doing at this stage. Just after a pipe that will sound good and give abit more scoot. cheers chris
-
ok cool. do the maxxis roosters come in a straight paddle or just the v's? its just that i can get maxxis tyres abit cheaper through a dirt bike sponsor in oz. thanks chris

hey guys, im a newby to the forum. Just bought my first banshee. Im from Australia and il be riding in the stockton sand dunes...dunno if yas have heard of it. pretty good spot. Im looking at putting paddles on and just wondering what the maxxis rooster paddles are like? are they good for general riding and abit of hill climbing and play riding? I saw they have haulers and ones that fit a specific corner of the bike.I will just put rears on. Any other Stockton riders out there give me a post back and wel hook up for a ride. thanks guys
