  1. ive been reading alot of peoples descriptions of their bikes and alot of them say they have a direct drive clutch.... im pretty new to this stuff so i dont know what they are and how they help.... anyone care to explain? any help would be appreciated
  2. well i used to ride 4 strokes and my screen spark arrestor got plugged up and blew a hole in it.... so im thinkin it would be a good idea to be able to clean it easily
  3. well it was heavily ported and polished.... bored .20 over... full pipes.... jetted and k&n filter... im runnin race fuel if thats any indication
  4. from everything ive seen and heard about i hear the T-3s were the best ones they came out with.... i know you cant find em new but theyre on ebay
  5. im sure you guys have read whats all done to my bike.... i find it funny that everyone is sayin their bikes are crappin out because of bad plugs.... ive had my bike for a couple of months... rode it hard.... havent had to change yet.... the guy before me had it for like 6 years..... rode it hard.... had his son and wife ride it hard.... he hasnt changed the plugs once.... i dont know what its got right but its set up perfect....
  6. i noticed after a couple of drag races i had a wet sand spot under my bike... i got lookin and found it was my tranny fluid... i thought it was the case so i just resealed it.... then i saw right under my front sprocket is a white triangle like thing.... it has a few big cracks in it... does anyone know what that is and if that could be where my leak is from?

  8. well i have a 4+ swingarm... but i put that 12 tooth on their and im having a hard time getting the chain to sit right... with it extended all the way its too loose but tightened as far as it will go i need another half link to get it to fit right.... any suggestions?
  9. allright... im gunna sound really stupid... but the other day after i bought my new sprocket.... i pulled my old one off and looked at it.... on the back it had a 13 stamped on it... so it already wasnt stock gearing... but im not sure how big of a difference another tooth will matter... as of right now i have a 12 on it... just waiting to go see how itll handle
  10. your not rambling... your explaining... im not really talkin powerwise here though... im talkin more of engine size... i mean a 125 against a 350 twin.... doesnt sound exactly fair
  11. well i wouldnt think that a 125 would be able to keep up with a shee... other than the weight factor... the shee should logically have more power
  12. allright... thanks for all the help you guys... i decided im dropping one in the front
  13. yeah... mine seal when they get warm... if not you have to seal them... but i think they work great... they also dominate four stroke pipes...
  14. yeah i dont think they make the adjustable ones anymore... but they work awesome... and i dont seal them... when they heat up they seal themselves...
  15. well i have the xrays of my collarbone on a cd
  16. allright... im runnin stock gearing.. in sand wih 10 paddle haulers... i launch in 2nd off the line in a race and its just lazy to get into the powerband... as soon as it hits i smoke them
  17. allright... theres this spot on my lane where both sides dip away and makes a pretty good jump.... id hit that jump a few times no problem.... but the last time i hit it the back end of my bike hit somethin and sent it end over end.... last thing i remeber is laying on the ground with my bike 20 feet away... i got up and limped over to the bike... road it home went inside and had my sister take me to the hospital.... turns out i had a snapped collar bone and a fractured ankle... on opposite sides... my right collarbone and left ankle... i was in a wheelchair for a few weeks.... it sucked
  18. why doesnt anyone talk about LRD? they have an awesome exhaust system for the shee... if you can find the adjustable ones you can tune them to where u want the power... and they hit like no other... kinda feels like your arms are gettin ripped out... but thats just my 2 cents
  19. allright... i have a 94 banshee... bored .20 over... ported and polished by LRD with their fully adjustable exhaust... k&n filters and jets.... but the way it runs it doesnt like getting into the powerband right off the line... so should i drop a tooth in front or raise a tooth or 2 in the rear? any advice would help
  20. anyone got any opinions on the LRD fully adjustable system? its what came on my bike when i got it.
