You might try applying the choke @ full throttle and see if it get better or worse.... if it gets better jet up if it gets worse jet down...... just my .02....... Oh yea and new plugs for sure!

I know I had a kryptonite cable with a lock on it wrapped around my carport.... thought it would be Ok for one nite..... so much for that!!!!

I have a very nice set of rims and tire off my 03 monte carlo.... imaculate condition.... I can send better pics if needed... My banshee was stolen in August and just can't afford to buy one cash but willing to trade plus some cash if needed..... running or not.... let me know what you got! It was stolen from my rental house @ 78th ave and camelback..... Don't know anyone that might have wanted it that bad.... It was cable locked to my carport in between my truck and fence.... I normally block it in with one or both of my vehicles but didn't that nite because I was exausted... That makes me suspect someone in the area that caught me slipping.... :sad:

I'm running these carbs on mine as well?? r u talking bout the small hole the side like a window into the needle rite? what size do I want to drill this out too? I think my pilot may be a little on the rich side I'm @ about 2000 elevation running 52 I think I'm gonna go to 50 or 48 cuz I don't do that much full throttle and my plugs get dark... when I run it hard (drag) the clean up so I'm thinking bout goin up on my main (172 Rite now), but I'm gonna do a plug chop first cuz I'm pretty close.... I have 40 over bore, ported reeds with petals, 19cc domes n cool head, Toomey T5's, Open Uni pods... I'm running half 110 half 91@ 40:1 yamalube....

Update on mine...... It ended up being the pickup coil on the stator.... it took sum creative testing but it saved me $120 or so cuz a new CDI would have cost me $190. I got the pick up new by itself for $68. Good Luck

I think he's right red and black should go 2gether @ key switch..... black and white should be open @ the kill switch.... I have one doing the same thing.... i'm suspecting a cdi also

well what find i was afraid of happened.... i put the bike back together with a new shift fork and drum....went out 2day asnd it bent again.....damn this is frustrating....I think you may be right master... i seen a little wear in the tabs i should of replaced them.... do you think i'm better just findin a complete gear set to drop in?
