Banshee Throttle sticking

the little thing in the throttle take the top of and see if it stick -
i have a stock 98 banshee i was pealing out in the grass and it went flat out dead and wont start i tried to crank it it would backfire and shut off . i check the spark none at all. would no spark cause all of that

i try 2 kick it while i hold the spark plug and it dnt do nothing

i check the ignition coil why isnt it getting any spark

i just did the jetting. it was running perfect

I HAVE A 98 BANSHEE I WAS PEALING OUT IT BACKFIRE A BIT AFTER IT JUST SHUT OFF AND WENT DEAD I TRY 2 CRANK IT BACK UP IT BACKFIRE LIKE ITS GOING 2 TURN ON THEN IT SHUT OFF

i guess it is the tires but for sum reason i launch 2nd gear and kill him slowly on top end but ill still get those tires checked but what should i use 4 the road

98 banshee stock with k&n air filter and fmf pipes ,boost bottle. im trying 2 race it on top end but i dont know what to get cause im all stock now but im getting mods in later.
